I feel like Mask of Restrict could come up this format. Makes it so neither player can tribute monsters for any reason, so Voiceless Voice can't ritual summon since that tributes, Fllo can't even play, you can't be hit with a Kaiju, Lava Golem or Sphere mode. Also I feel Rikka is going to make another surge come April so it stops them as well. Also of course D Shifter hurts those decks as well since they won't have a graveyard to play with.
I looked this up while dueling voiceless voice in a simulator for first time. I imperm diviner and they use trias to tribute it away first. They get lo out, I imperm and the sauvaris they put negates, so i use the third imperm and negate lo. They then proceeded to summon every ritual monster in their deck, get the continious spell and trap, and some odd eyes pendulum dragon, as well as multiple handtraps, break my board and almost otk turn 2..... Yeah I have no clue what to do to stop this deck.

If playing kashtira against fire kings, hope the fire king player doesn't make a brotherhood of the fire fist - Tiger king. That will stop any attempt at banishing cards by the kashtira monsters until the end of the kashtira player's next turn after activation.(ONLY beast warrior cards can activate their effects during this timeframe.) This can be done twice allowing for a lethal damage build up from the fire kings.
Alternative card a fire king player can run to counter meta like Kashtira and Bystial: Chaos hunter, this monster prevents banishing of any kind and allows a fire king player to stall for lethal damage. Lady labrynth of the silver castle can also boost both fire kings efficiency and protect chaos hunter depending on the normal traps in the deck, She is also a level 8 monster so can make great XYZ material for Garunix eternity at an opportune moment. Chaos hunter also can discard a monster to be revived later by rekindling or double hooking in order to special summon itself in response to the opponent.
That's interesting. Princess' card text is not an effect it's a condition. Conditions can not be negated. For example, if "Muckraker from the Underworld" is negated with a card like "Infinite Impermenance," it still can't be used for a link the turn it was summoned.

Promethean Princess's restriction however is a Continuous Effect, NOT a Condition. It's OCG Rulings Page, Yugipedia and Master Duel all bear this out. So effect negation removes the effect restricting you to only Special Summoning FIRE monsters while it's on your field. The only Condition on Promethean Princess is the hard once-per turn on its activated effects.

Easy way to beat voiceless voice: set up a mask of restrict early. They can't ritual summon or tribute any monsters to activate an effect under its effect.
You can use cards like booby trap E to achieve this early. You can use trap trick, trap tracks, junk collector or Lilith lady of lament to access booby trap E quickly. Or alternatively run 2-3 masks of restrict to maximise odds of it appearing in your opening hand ready to immediately activate on your opponents turn.
Literally decided to go play the game today fought 4 snake eyes decks removed there entire board only for them to do it all again on my turn or their turn so my onky question is when are they gonna get the tearlament treatment because i officially hate this deck I'd rather play under 4 flood gates

Yeaaa cards that prevent activation of cards in grave don’t really work ngl. going 2nd I can otk or end on a amblowhale + princess + Kirin in hand with a single snek ash without using a single effect from grave. Also branded isn’t incredibly good against fire either, it’s just ok. Maybe 50/50. I beat a branded player in locals in 12 minutes despite not having ash for branded fusion. Going first branded just can’t break the board unless they open fusion deployment, branded fusion and opening without getting ashed (and even then they still can’t if the fire king player is smart since in testing with a branded player they couldn’t despite me having no non engine). Going first, branded is kindof puppet or bust since if they don’t get puppet lock on I just otk. I think the UDS is a good example of that.
Best interaction to make is to pop field and bounce or banish crimson dragon before it gets a chance to resolve. The level 12 synchro isn’t too hard to deal with you dont want them cheating out any better level 12s with crimson
Yes, i believe so. Your opponent is tempting to summon it when they try and summon it using effect d.d crow it so they can't summon from the grave to stop the activate the play trap or spell from the deck .
@@maddog3704 Thank you for your reply. I just recently research this situation and some guys at Reddit said card that are banished is treated as a NEW COPY of that card. In this case, Lo's resolving text is "special summon THIS CARD". If we use D.D. Crow banish her after she activates (the condition is already met), she is treated as new copy and no longer "THIS CARD" in GY and can't resolve the revive eff. Same case as Iblee effect when she is sent to GY.
