This guy built a 5.7 that’s faster than a Hellcat and cheaper when you look at what he paid for the vehicle in stock form and modifications. That is lit. Faster than many ultra luxury cars that 10,000s more💯
It’s not cheaper if he had to pay for everything it would’ve been the same cost.
@@williamrose7184 way to split hairs, definitely still cheaper though. The cost of insurance in a cat vs rt is a huge gap alone.

Just finished paying my r/t. I want to make it wide body and get a turbo on it, but don't know how to go about it.
Build engine first then do turbos an exhaust then do your exterior. There’s also forums and groupchats you can find online and on social media about whatever you need plus don’t forget you can find a lot on youtube too bro. Good luck on your build i wish you the best and drive safe!!!

Pro charge or supercharge or just throttle spacers, cam an 6.2 intake an a tune. U lookik at 550 hp atleast an lets be honest you dont need more than that anyway nobody is getting that full 700+ anywhere on the streets an city limits especially if your a working family man GOTTA GO TO THE TRACK for that.

I am in Louisville, Kentucky and I just bought a new 2021 Dodge Charger R/T Plus. I want to add a turbocharger to the car like in this video. How much money did this cost and who can do that work? Where are you located at? Please respond back to me soon.

I want to get a better charger eventually and turbocharge it but idk much about cars so is it possible to turbo charge a scatpack or would it be easier to do it to a r/t and what needs to be done besides that
Same thing just get forged internals and better pipes
Depends on the year of the scat pack. It will for sure need forged internals and most other mods for a boost build. The R/T handles boost much better on the stock components and is cheaper. The 2021 and newer Scats come with the BGE (Big Gas Engine) block, the same block from the Ram trucks. It is made from the same material as the hellcats. Meaning it can handle way higher boost with the proper internals
@@CosmicTrash4575interesting about the bge i didn’t know that but definitely true to mod the 5.7 bc it’s internals are already built for more power. scat comes faster stock but it’s basically at its limit

The gloss looks amazing in person. I guess it depends on your preference. But from experience you can't go wrong with gloss because it pops more!

@@carguy0389 first off the transmission will start to slip if not completely fail, the drivetrain is base model components, the fuel system isnt meant for boost, the only thing you wouldn't need to upgrade is the engine components. Youd be better off trading up

Remember they (Dodge) can do that? But the only problem is ? they would lose tons of money ! They carry a 5 year warranty that covers engine and Drive train. Twin-turbos that's lots of repairs.
Where I can install turbos on my 5,7 hemi ? And how many HP it gains?
Oh and how much it cost to add turbos ?
Prolly like 2/3k in parts and 1-2k in labor. Looking between 4 and 6k prolly for it all at a shop. Think I’m about going boosted too.
Plan on 10k. You need the turbos, piping, fuel, several tunes, hours of labor.
for like 6-8 bands you can make it as fast as a hellcat, the 5.7 stock can take like 700hp I think

@@Iang343 the body has around 40k. The engine is brand new, has a completely built 6.5L 397 with around 6-7k miles on it now.
