    Thing is typhoons are just getting stronger and nothing will change unless we do something about the environment. Best thing to do is hold big companies and businesses accountable because they cause 70% of global pollution and no amount of using metal straws will stop that

Annealed glass is medyo weak. SGP is more rigid than PVB.

    So good you look into typhoon home protection after your last experience … the discussion of having smaller windows if you have open during the storm is needed, so the house will not blow out during the highest peak of the storm. It’s been proven, bc homes that sealed out & didn’t give some passage way to air to flow thru, house did exploded during the typhoon, must listen to sound advice on this Slater !

    Laminated glass and storm shutters would probably do the trick

Toughened/tempered glass in the form of laminate ay baka pwede kaso may nickel sulphide or sudden break. Akoy magsuggest baga maggamit ng 4 sides supported heat strengthened laminated glass. Ung sukat or thickness dapat kaya i resist ung wind pressure.

    Ha, this sadly still isn't enough from where I come from. My hometown is in Catanduanes (Bicol) we get typhoon gusts up to 250-315km per hour (recent typhoon Rolly was intense which compared to typhoon Odette has a huge strength gap, so yeah... at least marine plywood thick typhoon guards and yes drilled into the cement surround windows with almost 0% chance for air to get in, if you have yet to construct your house :)
    PS.
    Sucks being the first contact with typhoons coming from the pacific but yeah, we face the brunt of the typhoons yearly :(

    • @asc3483
      @asc3483 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. I am wondering how you re-attach the marine plywood whenever there's another typhoon. Do you drill it again too? Or there is a better way to put it on/off on the windows?

    Why does the bank not provide a free e banking? Talaga naman. Dito sa Bangkok yung bank account mo lang gamitin mo to scan for payment or bank transfer to any account and libre. Ano gina gawa ng BPI? BDO? Land bank?PNB? Security bank? China Bank? etc. Dios ko naman G cash is just making money. Bakit di banko mag provide ng free service to the clients. Dito kahit taxi driver, side walk vendor have this service where customer can transfer 20 THB to their account. Imagine the ease to everyone. Naku Pinas gising na and learn naman sa Ibang bansa na kapit bahay natin. Well walang bad numbers of scammer kasi dito.

    With my question. How can I have a sound proof glass windows ? I wanna build a tiny house with sound proof windows hurricane typhoon proof windows. The reason for sound proof windows because I hate blasting loudnoise loudmusic coming from the stupid neighbors here in NewYorkCity NY. Any advice for me Slater? I'm happy for your Cebu-Cordova Link Bridge opening Apr27 2022 Wednesday. Thank you take care. Watching you from NewYorkCity NY America 🇺🇸.
