Roasting Level: Light to Medium
In this video, I tried to use dedica grinder to grind my beans and use sinlge wall basket, however the grinder is not optimezed for single wall uasge. It can't grind fine enough for unpressurised portafilter basket. It is however good for double wall basket and pour over style coffee. As in video, the extraction for ground coffee in the portafilter was too fast, it took less than 20 second to extract 18 gram of ground coffee with the ratio of 1:1.25
