- Hello eveyone! We have new coffee machine here. Petrus PE3320. Basically it is almost the same with CM6863 machine. For my obervation these two are the same machine however CM6863 is a little bit more advance. CM6863 semi-automatic which means it can brew automatically but Petrus PE3320 is manual machine. We need to control ourselves the brew time.

I bought this 1 years ago. Now kaboom already. hahaha. Ok la for the price, can repair but i lazy on it. For beginner is recommended, the portafilter is very plastic and very easy contain excesses coffee, try to replace after market before but not fit, you only can stick with their own. I did modified one portafilter 51mm with bottomless, result is sucks. Because the price very budget friendly so only come with single boiler. the milk frother is so so only. I replace this to Milesto EM19M3, still on the way shipping. i hope it serve me well too.
I bought aftermarket portafilter on aliexpress and it is heavy (metal built). Yup, budget espresso machine is suitable for beginner. MILESTO? Your machine arrive mid march? Later can share with us your experience yeah 👍🏻😁

I can only recommend petrus machine for this time because I havent try giselle machine yet. Basically, almost most of the budget friendly brands out there just rebrand from oem machine.

Pressuried basket you can brew decent espresso without worrying grind size, with unpressurised basket, you need a good grinder to grind coffee fine enough. The result will be better!

You can try using milk from dutch lady. Buy the full cream for coffee and cake. I usually bought it from any cake suppliers shop or shopee.

it means the portafilter. Theres 2 types of portafiler. Pressurized and unpressurized.

It came with stock portafilter. However, you can purchase a better portafilter later

Hi, loved the minimalist style video. Just wondering. Do you think the tamper or the pressurized basket should be the first to be swap out. I recently bought a similar machine from lazada but can't seem to make the espresso thick.
Hi! Do you use grinder or pre ground machine? If you have grinder that would grind fine enough for espresso, I would suggest the basket first. If you use preground coffee I would suggest the tamper first. What do you mean by thick? The crema or the colour is pale?
@@aqoffee1160 I do have a grinder, and I always went for the finest setting, By thick as in my machine will always produce espresso/coffee that flows too fast. Its a manual machine but even before the 20s mark the water would flow out fast in pale colour, regardless of the roast of the beans.
