The Penelope looks like some boss mecha that shows up out of nowhere in a Super Robot Wars game with significantly more health than the last boss you just fought.
Good choice using the Pyscho Gundam. I half expected the Neo Zeong to be there. Also, props on showing the transformation and no technical difficulties. I like Ellen pointing out where the stickers are and where to paint.
That first size comparison was very satisfying to look at. The Penelope utterly dwarfing the Thunderbolt FA Gundam is awe inspiring. On the other hand, the fact that the Penelope is much shorter than the Psycho Gundam even though both are proof of concept for the Minovsky Flight technology shows a very impressive degree of technological development in a relatively short timeframe.
I think this kit's issues perfectly show why the Xi was the upgraded version which I can't wait for it to get a Kit as it's my 3rd favorite Gundam after the Zeta and Double X

When I was a kid one of my earliest exposures to the mecha genre was a little snes game called Xardion which actually had Katoki as a mechanical designer and these MS really harken back to that era of his mechanical design so I have a soft spot for it.
I think it would be cool if the Penelope design was more similar to the Justice in function. The Minovsky flight unit can be "worn", but also the Odysseus could ride on top like it's a base jabber on steroids. That way there's a way for both units to be displayed seperately but together.
Phone reviewers should adopt Kakarot's style and end the review with a size comparison: "And here it is next to the standard sized iPhone 11 and the always huge Note 10 Plus!" Then they review a Mate 20 X.

I have the Model Comprehend Penelope in the same scale. Itd be interesting to see how the two compare. If they didn't take up so much space Id keep one transformed and one as the Odysseys.

I'm pretty sure the chicken comparison comes from the color scheme alone, especially the yellow on the bottom. Also you kinda sold me on this, I was fully ready to skip this at first
I have the Xi Penelope set and it did not come with the default base here. Instead it got a clear base that lets you attach the funnel effects. The problem is that base does not let you put the flight system by itself on it.
Still not sure its bulky enough, probably a few more fins and panels and maybe the feet transforming into claws and then toss on a few more beam cannons.
Well, the whole purpose for FF is making is FAST. That is why it's weapon is that simple.(too.many beam canons slow things down) Of course, non-UC doesn't give a sh*t about that.
I forget how Hathaway gets caught, if it's the Xi after being beaten once by the Penelope, or however it goes, but one thing is for sure, I bet this beast takes out ALOT of the Federation before going down.
That weird anime girl being used to point things though. Providence has a better composite shield system in my opinion. Shit he is almost as big as the Psyco Gundam...
have you ever considered going into painting and modelwork? Sure it's a small investment with the airbrush, paints and air compressor but you'd freeing yourself forever from stickers and seamlines

At least On my copy, if you squeeze the hips of the penelope, it helps to tighten the ball and socket joint. Enough to hold the legs up.

I think bandai going to release the odysseus gundam as pba dai as the runner have gate that separate out the Flight unit and the mobile suit.

This is the Feddie suit. Iirc Hathaway joined a terrorist group opposed to the Federation's deportation policy.
The Xi is far more superior to Penelope. But mistakes happened and the Penelope actually finish off Xi.

Bandai need to make new Action Base for 1/100. The AB1 is obsolete like how AB2 does(replaced by AB4 & AB5).
