An interesting outcome, to be sure. I do see a few potential problems, though. 1. Jesse being killed would immediately get the DEA's interest, and although they might not necessarily believe Hank 100%, there is no way that they'd leave it all alone. The fact that a guy who came ratting to the cops got whacked just shortly after the guy he accused was released from custody would draw some serious attention. 2. One of the other things Hank and Gomey do when they get Walt is they also get him talking on the phone, which they are presumably recording. Walt confesses to a variety of things that, together with his actions (which directly corroborate the existence of the illegal funds, and thus Jesse's story) and the tape from Jesse would absolutely be enough to justify arresting him. This is extra true if Jesse dies. Most likely what would end up happening is that the federal government would go to a judge, get a search warrant, and tear everything in Walt's place to pieces looking for evidence. And they would likely find it. Not necessarily in the form of illegal stuff like the methylmene or the drug itself, or even cash, but in the form of things like electronic funds transfers, faulty receipts, etc. Skylar is a good money launderer, but once Uncle Sam gets curious, starts really looking closely at the operation, they're going to peel back the layers and find the rot. They'd probably figure out that he uses a burner phone, and since Jesse would know the phone numbers for them, it would be trivial for them to put in a subpoena to the phone company and find out who he's been talking to, maybe even get text messages. His connection to Mike - whose numbers they would again get from Jesse- Lydia, Todd, Jack, etc. would give them cause to go sniffing around Lydia, Todd, and Jack. That's bad for Walt, not just legally, but also in terms of, you know, getting got. It'd be a tough case to build, but here's the really messed up bit: the government can seize EVERYTHING prior to even being convicted. Civil asset forfeiture does not require a conviction. They can just take his house, his cars, his businesses, everything, by going to court and presenting proof that these things are more likely than not to have come from an illegal source. Without the ability to show where he got the money and say it came from legal sources- which he can't because even the cover story he told Hank, that it came from illegal gambling, involves him committing crimes. Proceeds of crime can and will be seized. And actually, that's another bit of bad news: If Walt sticks to the gambling story, he's still screwed. Maybe the government wouldn't have come after him prior to all this Heisenberg revelation stuff over mere gambling, but since the government is very horny for him and would likely believe Jesse and Hank because of all the circumstantial stuff, now they'll throw any charge they can at him. Tax evasion, money laundering (the gambling was illegal, so technically any attempt to hide that is money laundering), illegal gambling, fraud, you name it. Maybe they can't nail him for drug charges, but they can get him on other things. The feds are absolutely relentless when they really want someone. And this is why Skylar was absolutely right to freak out over the IRS getting nosey around Ted's finances. She rightly inferred that if they got too curious about Ted they would have questions about her, and once they did that, it would be curtains for them. 3. Oh it'd be far worse than being fired for Hank. Remember the tape that Walt made? Well, not only could Walt use it at this point, or have it discovered when the feds raided his home, business, etc., but in their search of Walt and Skylar's finances, they'd almost certainly uncover the fact that Walt paid for Hank's physical therapy and treatments, and that would corroborate his story. It already looks really bad for Hank just having his brother be implicated in all of this, but if you add it all up, Hank would look quite guilty. The only thing that would give him any shot is the fact that he is the one that arrested Walt. In my opinion, the only way Walt could have actually gotten away with it, even in the absence of the money, is if he didn't react to Jesse's bait. If he would have either not answered his phone or immediately ripped the battery out and destroyed it, they'd have been dead in the water. Oh, the government might poke around a bit based on his testimony- I mean, why would he lie? Any investigator worth their badge would take Jesse's story seriously, especially if some of the reported details other than the drug bit match up. - but their inquiries would probably mostly just amount to surveillance, maybe a few sting attempts like Hank and Gomey already tried. Subpoenas for financial records, maybe, but not necessarily. As long as Walt isn't stupid, keeps his mouth shut, and bides his time, they won't have much to go on. It's not nothing, as Jesse's testimony would have been powerful enough to get some of those warrants, but it wouldn't be enough to indict either. He could still lose his stuff temporarily to a civil asset forfeiture, but he might also be able to win it back in court with Saul's help. I think he'd be successful, especially if Saul did what Saul does best and pulls some chicanery.
What if Walter actually cared for Jessie? As in, treated him like a real partner should, seeing him as his own prodigy or something. Basically, what if Walter's Ego still existed, but said ego made an exception for Jessie?
What if Walter keep his ego in check huh? That would honestly changed everything. Especially his relationship with Jesse. Not to mention the huge possibilites of Walt actually go karting with Jesse!
What if Walter went go-karting with Jesse? (I know it may sound silly but I honestly feel that had Walt just shown a little compassion to Jesse that one time and accepted his offer, things could've gone a lot different for the duo in S4) Either way, this was one of my favorite what ifs you've made so far. Goob job man.
Truly well done of an alternate scenario. Huell and Kuby stolen the barrels of dollars that it saved Walter from prosecution. And also had Jessie in the prison system in which Jack sends his prison gang to send Jesse to Belize. Plus Walt handles cooking so much with Todd, that he earned back more than what Huell and Kuby stole from Walt and even Todd’s cooking skills improve to the point it’s equal to Walt’s. Truly a bad guy ending.
@@tumbletunes3101It's really scary how many ways Breaking Bad would have Jesse off worse for wear by the end, especially considering what had already happened to him by the end of the actual show itself.
Video idea: Lalo and and the Salamancas vs Jack and his crew, I think that'd be sick. Jacks crew has the numbers advantage, but the Salamancas are probably more dangerous. Id like to see your take on it. Great video btw, keep up the good work mate
Love the happy ending for Walt and Saul. Also love your ability to create a story that would fit really really well into actuall show. And on top of that I love when Jesse dies.
What if Jessie sued Hank? Would be interesting to see how Walt’s business with Gus being effected by the knowledge of Jessie going to the police and how Walt would’ve handled it etc
What If Jesse died in the Pilot? Remember when Jesse fell out the window in the first episode during the ride along Walt took to see a method lab? What if Jesse fell and broke his neck or back and died, or became a cripple?
This story is gold. And something that I could have seen happening. Good job on the video. I always watch your videos everyday at work. You are a very good storyteller.
You're forgetting Walter admitted to killing Crazy 8 and Emelio and running over the gang bangers angrily on the phone when Jesse threatens to burn his money. Walter already admitted to felony on the phone. That's enough to get Walter put in jail, with Hank and Gomez listening
Wouldn't Hank at least have showed his boss that the handwriting in Leaves of Grass matched that in Gale's notebook? And wouldn't he have picked up and questioned Lydia? I don't think that Lydia will do well under questioning. I think that she throws everyone else under the bus in order to save her own skin.
How does he get Lydia? Walter didn’t get his methlymine from Madrigal, there’s no receipts or witnesses of Walter working with Lydia except for Walt himself. Hell, Lydia was laundering Mike’s and other members of Gus’ crews’ money and the DEA still couldn’t get Lydia from that.
Imagine Walter being there to see Huel & Kuby digging up the drug money barrels? I still wish that he had an extra twenty million to make the grand total a hundred million.
The awesome thing about this what if is that it isn't a joke video, and even though jesse is the only one who dies, it's still a bittersweet one, especially for hank, saul, and walter, but at least walter provides for his famliy and stays with good relations with Jack's crew, saul escapes and lives up his life, hank doesn't die, and who knows, maybe he'd think about it for sometime and actually forget what happened between him and walter, huel and kuby really did fix the story at the final hour for everyone, well done dude!
Hmm, Huel and Kuby would definitely not go to Mexico. Having been part of Saul's operation, they're definitely aware of the Disappearing Man. Huel had lifted the weed off Jesse when he was planning to disappear, to keep him from being high at the pickup. Huel and Kuby would have immediately gone to the Disappearing Man to make sure there's no chance Walt ever finds them. Meanwhile, the fiasco with Walt and Hank would hit a speedbump as Jesse's confession also implicated Todd in the killing of Drew Sharpe. The DEA, remembering the reach Jack and his crew exerted against Gus Fring's employees, would keep Jesse locked down at a safehouse rather than go to general lockup. The DEA is forced to release Walt, but only after cutting a deal that the confession tape be suppressed in parts implicating Walt. The rest is used to get a warrant to raid Jack's compound, resulting in a shootout that leaves several of his crew dead. The survivors keep their mouths shut about Walt, not wanting to be snitches. Jesse is put in witness protection for his confession and testimony bringing down Todd and the survivors of Jack's crew for Drew Sharpe's murder and pinning the entire meth operation on them, leaving Walt out to avoid embarrassing the DEA. He lives a quiet life in solitude, enjoying a quiet life in a liberal corner of the US, far from the likes of Jack's crew. Walt is forced to rely on the carwash business to support his family, with too much scrutiny of his actions by the DEA to risk going back to cooking meth. It's not as much money as he had or used to make, but he can comfortably provide for his family while resuming his cancer treatment. Saul would eventually disappear when the barrel of cash is delivered and he realized the money belongs to Walt. Knowing Walt's nowhere near as powerful or dangerous as he once was without his wealth, Saul calls the Disappearing Man to make use of his services, asking to move close to Florida where he can reach out to Kim under a new identity. Elsewhere, Huel and Kuby had been moved to a far-off corner of the country. The two live quiet lives of comfort, putting Saul's old tricks to use, opening a laundromat to avoid suspicion from the IRS, staying close friends while taking the occasional trip to cities of sin where they can blow off some steam. Eventually, one or both get married and they occasionally reminisce about getting out of the game alive.
What if the coin showed another result and Jesse had to take care of Krazy-8 and Walter from Emilio's body? It's a small change, but I believe there can be a lot of changes with this.
This man puts so much time and effort into his videos u can tell since it takes usually a month for a new one. but it is really worth the wait and he deserves at least 1M subs!
Hi Murge! I love stories with a happy(ish) ending like this. If I was Huel or Kuby, I'd run away much farther than Mexico -- maybe somewhere like South Korea where there's no chance Walter or Jack could find us. We could split the money, go our separate ways, stay in contact, and generally be friends for the rest of our long and comfortable lives.
the way you use clips from different scenes to paint the picture of the story you’re making is so cool!! i loved the way you used the prison bus scene from bcs for the jesse example
What if Bogdon never offered his car wash to Skyler? With that grudge he had with Walter he refused to sell it despite the money. How would that play out? what would he do? Would he have gotten caught sooner? Also love this video man, very intriguing!
What if Nacho never sabotaged Hector’s prescription. I’ve read somewhere that had Hector not suffer from the stroke, he would’ve started a civil war against the Cartel. The Salamancas vs the Cartel would be interesting.
I like to believe that Huell probably wouldn’t have lived with Kuby but rather Huell’s family from the mini-spin-off breaking bad amc skit “Huell’s Rules” would’ve lived with him instead.
What if Jack took Walt and Jessie as slaves or killed Jesse and just took Walt? How would this effect el comino or could they escape faster would Walt’s family die?
I would really like to see a video: What if Walter White didn't hint at Gale not being the master Chemist Heisenberg, making Hank continue his investigation.
on another note, after rewatching this, i think huell and kuby genuinely seem like they wouldn't use drugs. dunno, something about saul's muscle makes me think he would outright discourage them from taking any since that would definitely affect their performance i think the worst huell and kuby would do would get blackout drunk from time to time, but i think realistically speaking they'd eventually manage to find out one way or another that walt has gone legit, saul has dropped off the face of the earth, hank has been disgraced, and jesse is dead. either way, walt's focus definitely isn't on them anymore, so i think they'd eventually just settle into their secluded albeit comfortable life in their mansion together, with the only worry being that they might catch the neo nazi's attention but with good enough managing of their resources i think they'd lead comfy lives till the end. huell has a family in his home town so it's likely that he'd arrange to give the money to them once he kicks the bucket, and kuby might try finding something to do with his life afterwards
Wait a damn minute. If they used the same tracker that hank used, wouldn't they have to get the tracker back before they can see where it went?? Maybe I'm remembering that wrong, but that's something that popped into my mind
What If Jesse Disappeared the First Time? He never realises that Huell took the Ricin (he willingly gave up the weed, so he didnt notice it missing and put the peices together) so he has no reason to not go with Vacuum repair guy. Would be an interesting late series change as it would remove a vital player from Hanks investigation, but I dont see Hank just giving up. ((Also, I'd assume the Leaves of Grass book would be decent evidence))
That and maybe the what if ending where Walt accidentally sends Skyler to Belize makes it more original and tragic that Vince could’ve written as more canonical than Skyler living many more months and talking to the DEA and dealing with threats by Todd in his ski mask
I if it went this way show ends up by Walt’s death again, but this time Hank would kill Walt after Jesse being killed in the bus, realised once again how monster his brother in law are Hank decided either kill Walt by gun in one random moment or beat up him to death by his own hands
What if Kira vs Heisenberg Light from Death note and Walter try to discover each others identity's while on opposite sides of the globe. Light wants all criminals dead and walt cause kira is an obvious threat to his life. With them potentially meeting face to face by the end. (Have Jesse and Ryuk smoke a blunt together no balls) We need more crazy ideas like the minerals one lmao
I find it hard to believe that Huell and Kuby would buy one house between the two of them and then start to hate each other. They have millions, one of them would just move out.
They did take a tidy sum, stuffing their pockets as it were and so acknowledged by Walt with the barrel amount being “close enough”. How much they took can only be answered by Gilligan.
Would like to see a what if on "What if Combo wasn't killed?", I know it sounds miniscule but if he wasn't, Jesse would have never gone out for revenge on the drug dealers which would have prevented the whole fued against Walt and Gus.
"Saul remarks that there really is honor among thieves" Ironic because it's not honor, not following the rules the way Mike would, but a straight up robbery with a donation to a friend
This is one that I actually thought about during the scene. Awesome video! This would of been a great way for the series to go. I would of been satisfied
Hey Murge here is an idea for a future video. I don’t know if it’s possible but I’ve always wondered what the rest of the BB and BCS timeline would look like if Saul Goodman wasn’t around. So what if Mike didn’t save Jimmy in season 5 episode 8 “Bagman”.
I've an idea: "What if Gaff shot Jesse?" In the sniper scene, we see Gaff gun down Nick before Mike saves Jesse from becoming his next victim. If Mike simply wasn't able to, the entirety of season 4's conclusion couldn't play out the way it did. In a timeline in which Gus can't use Jesse to cook a batch for the cartel and Walt can't manipulate Jesse into turning onto the former later on, it's just going to play out very differently!
it does seem like a realistic path/happier ending, but I think we all agree the ending we got was a bit better, more hardcore action that happened in a short period of time, characters being killed off for better or worse. I guess they were just afraid of the risk/consequences of taking that money lol, no amount beyond a million can buy real happiness anyway, i'd be kinda scared to be that rich myself, there's a reason they're called the "top 1%", they're a minority smaller than some nationalities, their story doesn't end while they're alive. So sharing a mansion or not idk lol, but my favorite part would be walter laughing hysterical with no evidence on him.
I gotta admit, when I saw the title I was feeling meh, but this was gold. I really liked Skylar playing dumb like Marie did for being a clepto, well done. I also took great pleasure in Saul getting away stinking rich without the police looking for him, Jesse getting strangled on the prison bus, and Walt having a happy ending. I only felt badly for Huel and Kuby, hope they worked it out. Todd also needed to die lol.

@@johans3164if his ego was in check he would have taken elliot and Gretchen money
Damn, Huell gonna be reasonably Happy.
What if Walter still refused Gus in the lab?
What if Walter got cancer during the events of BCS?
Walter cooks meth, but with the Janitor instead.
@@Davidxdgh5 breaking broomsticks
depending on if Hank was in the DEA, much less a seasoned member, not much would change. Hank being in it sorta propelled it.
What if Walter went go-karting with Jesse? (I know it may sound silly but I honestly feel that had Walt just shown a little compassion to Jesse that one time and accepted his offer, things could've gone a lot different for the duo in S4)
Either way, this was one of my favorite what ifs you've made so far. Goob job man.
The best part about this episode is that the money being stolen prevented Walter from being prosecuted, well done Murge.
They did take some, didn’t they? When checking if it was all there, Walt said “Close enough” and Huell and Kuby exchanged awkward glances.
This is probably one of the best endings for the show, Walt and his family has money now, and Saul has a good ending as well.
good ending for everyone! except jesse, who was strangled to death.
And hank is alive too. Sure he doesn't have his job but he's not dead
@@tumbletunes3101 Win win.
What if Chuck successfully disbarred Jimmy from being a lawyer? What happens to Walt, Jesse, Lalo and the rest?
I appreciate that! Glad you enjoyed bro
You're forgetting Walter admitted to killing Crazy 8 and Emelio and running over the gang bangers angrily on the phone when Jesse threatens to burn his money. Walter already admitted to felony on the phone.
That's enough to get Walter put in jail, with Hank and Gomez listening
I get that, but technically we never seen them listening in, sooo not valid lol
@@murgeproductionsI suppose
I don't think they recorded the call. Then it's just Jesse, Hank, and Gomie word, the DEA wouldn't risk it.
Great video! Ironic that Walt's best ending is by losing everything he worked for, just to get it all back again.
What if Walter said yes to go-kart with Jesse?
What if the coin showed another result and Jesse had to take care of Krazy-8 and Walter from Emilio's body?
It's a small change, but I believe there can be a lot of changes with this.
This man puts so much time and effort into his videos u can tell since it takes usually a month for a new one. but it is really worth the wait and he deserves at least 1M subs!
I support that idea, and yeah dude alot of work goes into it but it’s worth it in the end, but definitely working on a faster production
What if Marie poisoned Walt in season 5, after revealing looking up different untraceable poisons to her therapist
I don’t why but I think this is my favorite video of yours! Keep up the great work!!
Thank you! Seriously! Really means alot
I’ve binged all of your videos so far. And everytime you upload I swear it’s at the perfect time and I instantly click to watch. Keep it up murge !
Appreciate that. Glad to have you aboard
What if Lalo/Howard lives during the events on BCS into the BrBa timeline
Ngtl probably my favorite Breaking Bad’s what if. Amazing voiceovers and scripts for each character man.
Thanks dude. Appreciated
I like to believe that Huell probably wouldn’t have lived with Kuby but rather Huell’s family from the mini-spin-off breaking bad amc skit “Huell’s Rules” would’ve lived with him instead.
What if Nacho met Jimmy for legal problem during season 4 rather than season 5 episode 3?
What if Jack took Walt and Jessie as slaves or killed Jesse and just took Walt? How would this effect el comino or could they escape faster would Walt’s family die?
I would really like to see a video: What if Walter White didn't hint at Gale not being the master Chemist Heisenberg, making Hank continue his investigation.
Im so glad you’re still making these videos. Just recently binged them all again. Keep it up man!
Glad you like them! And if you could dude, can you share you favorite video to one your social medias to get the word out on “THE HEISENVERSE”
on another note, after rewatching this, i think huell and kuby genuinely seem like they wouldn't use drugs. dunno, something about saul's muscle makes me think he would outright discourage them from taking any since that would definitely affect their performance
i think the worst huell and kuby would do would get blackout drunk from time to time, but i think realistically speaking they'd eventually manage to find out one way or another that walt has gone legit, saul has dropped off the face of the earth, hank has been disgraced, and jesse is dead. either way, walt's focus definitely isn't on them anymore, so i think they'd eventually just settle into their secluded albeit comfortable life in their mansion together, with the only worry being that they might catch the neo nazi's attention
but with good enough managing of their resources i think they'd lead comfy lives till the end. huell has a family in his home town so it's likely that he'd arrange to give the money to them once he kicks the bucket, and kuby might try finding something to do with his life afterwards
Bro I love your hesienverse series I been watching for months and you never fail to entertain me.
What if the twins never bought the vests? (So when Hank ambushes Marco from behind the car he kills him, and Hank escapes with only minor injuries)
This is unironically the most intense and interesting 'what if' you made lol
would've honestly referred to him as bill burr in the title lmao
I just might do that
This is prolly my favorite what if so far
Walter's maniacal laughter never cease to be funny. 😂
The moment when Saul Goodman becomes Lieutenant Columbo: 11:48
This had to be my favorite story yet
17:14 Jesse is dead, again! You can't keep getting away with it !
Wait a damn minute. If they used the same tracker that hank used, wouldn't they have to get the tracker back before they can see where it went?? Maybe I'm remembering that wrong, but that's something that popped into my mind
If its that big a plot hole to you then just say they got a different tracker man
What If Jesse Disappeared the First Time? He never realises that Huell took the Ricin (he willingly gave up the weed, so he didnt notice it missing and put the peices together) so he has no reason to not go with Vacuum repair guy. Would be an interesting late series change as it would remove a vital player from Hanks investigation, but I dont see Hank just giving up. ((Also, I'd assume the Leaves of Grass book would be decent evidence))
Wow Murge, after watching the video I gotta say this is the your best Heisenverse ending.
You think so?
@@murgeproductions You somehow made everyone win (well except for Jesse) but much more lives could have been at stake)
Agreed. Appreciate you bro
After finding your channel I am so addicted to these, you actually do a really good job keeping the universe feeling real. Excited to see more man.~
Man I did not think this could go more than 10 min since yea, they’re right to be scared
The most unrealistic thing here was skyler actually keeping her mouth shut 🤣🤣
This is the best ending ever! From now on I'll consider this as the canon ending 🙂
Why would Jesse be transferred to a maximum security prison before he's even indicted, let alone convicted?
What if
Kira vs Heisenberg
Light from Death note and Walter try to discover each others identity's while on opposite sides of the globe. Light wants all criminals dead and walt cause kira is an obvious threat to his life. With them potentially meeting face to face by the end. (Have Jesse and Ryuk smoke a blunt together no balls)
We need more crazy ideas like the minerals one lmao
8 months ago I really thought you'd have at least 100k subscribers by now. Keep the ideas coming. Your writing is really good
Sorry to disappoint you bro, but I’m slowly climbing that ladder
@@murgeproductionsnaw I'm not disappointed at all. You're doing everything you gotta do to make the videos work. Good on you for real
Thank my guy!
Finally, the story when Walter is not going down or die, and he could live free with his family
I find it hard to believe that Huell and Kuby would buy one house between the two of them and then start to hate each other. They have millions, one of them would just move out.
Lol
One could say huell ended up….. reasonably happy
They did take a tidy sum, stuffing their pockets as it were and so acknowledged by Walt with the barrel amount being “close enough”. How much they took can only be answered by Gilligan.
What if Gale took Walt too seriously when Walt complements his coffee and decides to become a batista?
I love listening to these at work pls keep them coming 🙏
Of course and glad you enjoy it dude
Would like to see a what if on "What if Combo wasn't killed?", I know it sounds miniscule but if he wasn't, Jesse would have never gone out for revenge on the drug dealers which would have prevented the whole fued against Walt and Gus.
this was brilliant man, unbelievably well written.
"Saul remarks that there really is honor among thieves" Ironic because it's not honor, not following the rules the way Mike would, but a straight up robbery with a donation to a friend
I watched every what if videos breaking bad videos this is by far one of my favorites such a great finale for everyone well, besides Jesse
This is one that I actually thought about during the scene.
Awesome video!
This would of been a great way for the series to go. I would of been satisfied
Glad you liked it!
What if Jesse Mike and Walter decided to choose option 2 and kill todd after he shot drew sharp
What if saul stayed with Walter in granite state?
Be interesting to see what Walter had plan with saul and how it was change felina
I thought of this world cooking burgers, what if Walt's cancer disappeared.
Yo that would be sick
Well, at least Hank’s still alive. His career may be ruined, but he is alive.
I've an idea: "What if Gaff shot Jesse?"
In the sniper scene, we see Gaff gun down Nick before Mike saves Jesse from becoming his next victim.
"oh cool it's wrapping up and Jesse hasn't died, what a fun story"
>17:00
I gotta admit, when I saw the title I was feeling meh, but this was gold. I really liked Skylar playing dumb like Marie did for being a clepto, well done. I also took great pleasure in Saul getting away stinking rich without the police looking for him, Jesse getting strangled on the prison bus, and Walt having a happy ending. I only felt badly for Huel and Kuby, hope they worked it out. Todd also needed to die lol.
Lol glad you enjoyed it
