I’ve become such a fan of these videos. Recently became a subscriber and just enjoy the compassion you guys have for the cars. As much as Houston complains about the business, you love it, it shows in how you treat your customers and employees!!! It would be great though to meet a few of your loyal clients, the one’s that don’t f up your cars.

@@justanunknownfriend5091 when people have the response “it’s insured, relax” it really shows that they have no clue how insurance works or have had to go through an insurance claim. How do you think insurance companies make money? By charging more than they pay out overall. So this means that the rates will go up and the amount paid out likely won’t replace the car. Smh it’s not as simple as it seems.

After watching these videos, I’d love to work at a place like this. I’d love expecting cars before and after rental and notify if anything looked diffrent, or even go on a ride along with recovering a stolen vehicle. It’s honestly became a dream to work at a place like this because I love cars but I sadly have no car experience.

terrible idea.. nobody would want to rent. They could be liable for speeding/reckless driving, etc., opposed to a regular insurance claim and it's not exactly like people are renting super cars to drive the speed limit lol.

You almost need to install cameras in the vehicles so that when stuff like this happens it’s all document, and the renter can’t denied the accident!
Unfortunately privacy laws and whatnot may prevent that. Not sure how Nevada works, but I can’t imagine too many people would like that in a car they rent. However the gps they have, they can retrace the route and find the scene, then hopefully find cameras in the area that catch whatever happened. Remember there’s cameras everywhere nowadays

You guys need to make a wrecked supercar compilation and require ALL renters to watch as part of rental. Also show insurance arguments and what they will have to pay if in fact they do damage one of your rentals. Kind of like a scared straight type of video.
