We both wear Hoka Stinson trail shoes. I use a Badlands Dashpack for our day hikes. We both have larger Osprey Aether 70 and 65 liter packs of multi day trips.
I have used my Gregory daypack for thousands of hiking miles. My other must-haves are the addidas sport hat and split time oakley sunglasses. The hat and sunglasses are chosen due to comfort; I can wear them 12 hours and still be comfortable with good sun protection. 👍⛰
Wow…I would say that was worth the effort and I agree phenomenal. Of course I was enjoying it while sitting on my rear. Haha. Thanks for taking us there.
One of our favorite hikes partly due to the expansive views of all the peaks at and beyond Logan Pass, as well as into the Many Glacier Valley ⛰❤ A phenomenal day!
Awesome!! Gotta do this next time we are there! Great video as always. I am amazed at all the camera angles; you must get a real work out setting up the camera to get all those shots.
I don’t like to give time frames to complete hikes. Everyone hikes and enjoys the wilderness at their own pace. Some stop for breaks, lunch, pictures, video etc. Just like everyone runs the mile in a different time. Some can run a 4 minute mile and for some it takes 10 minutes. Therefore I believe it is an inaccurate and flawed way of measuring a hike. Rather: I give mileage, elevation gain, and trail conditions in the video so you can gauge for yourself. That is a better way to estimate your hike. I hope this is helpful and thank you for watching.
easy scramble to Piegan peak. a bit hairier up the Great Cleft to summit Pollock.... but both were no more 1/2 hour climbs to summits. probably 15-20 minutes each AND...(rather than retracing your route) you could have continued on down from the saddle to the Lunch Creek access (only 3/4 to 1 mile from saddle, and caught a quick ride back to Siyeh Bend. great video. glad to see you're doing it. i did for 35+ years. summitted over 100 times and put on well over 6000 trail miles. retired in Cuenca Ecuador. living at 8500' in the Andes
Great video. I love going up to the saddle. It's one of my favorite views in the park.
Absolutely it is - thank you!
The views you always show us are fantastic , I can't wait until my wife and I can get back out west. I am so glad you bring these videos to all of us.
Thank you! Hopefully more to come.
Thank you! Here's to enjoying the wilderness ⛰👍
Great once again. Wondering about y'all's gear, shoes, daypack etc.

All of our video and pictures are on a GoPro - using the 12 this year and a Mefoto Backpacker Air tripod.

Thank you. It adds some miles and elevation but it’s fun to be able to look back at some of our hikes.
how long does it take ? The view is so beautiful. I'm going to Glacier at the first week of Oct
