    we usually call the ribs"kradook xx" so if we were cooking pork ribs which is usually the case, we usually call it "kradook moo" even though kradook means bone but ribs are bones so yeah lol

    If you’re adding brown or white sugar. Rather than 1/2 tsp., use a 1 -1.5 Tbsp., to balance off the saltiness.

    at the 3:30 the ribs suddenly change color...no explanation provided. from white to red. did you baste it and forget to tell your viewers?

    • @HouseofXTia
      @HouseofXTia  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      nope, didn't baste. these are lao style ribs, we don't baste them like traditional bbq. it could've just been the iphone/lighting. i did have progress clips but i figured you guys would get the point :)

      no they're not. again, these are lao-style bbq ribs. we don't grill meat to fall off the bone. we like the chew and the bite but feel free to grill them however you/your family enjoys :)
