Depends on the community you build in. Some communities there is no service charges but some do have
What’s avg cost for construction of a villa, incl. interior? Medium to high spec
If spent wisely can be in the range of Aed 350-450 Dhs per sq ft for a medium to high spec
How much would it cost to build a small building? Like 5-6 stories? Build and sell the building.

What is the profit margin if you buy land ans develop it your self to sell for a profit , 30% 40% ect ??
Yes easily around 30-40% can be higher also
