    So incredibly helpful. I'm 'studying' before I pick up my new 2023 in "Cosmic Blue" in a few weeks. I was nervous about learning all the dials and settings, but this helps me feel more familiar. I would love to see a video about the various uses of the driving settings too (particularly the "B" setting and the paddles). Other reviewers skim through it and explain how it works (I get the concept) but I would love some 'real world advice' about when and how to use that feature.

      We’ll make sure to add that in soon! Thank you for the feedback!

    • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  ปีที่แล้ว

      And the best way to use the paddles is when slowing down and braking. I use them in my personal car all day, they’re most effective coming up to a stop, or slowing down with traffic. Instead of speeding up to the stop sign, start using the paddles a few hundred feet in advance, by the time you get there, your car will have slowed down to a near stop, all without using the brake, and saving some MPG’s! I’ll put that in the video as well. Thanks again for your feedback

    How to get the energy flow. It is cool what source of energy powers the wheels but can't find it in the menu.

    • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey @Dabbidoo, thank you for your comment. In order to find your Energy Flow display, you must scroll right until you find the Car shaped icon. Once there, scroll down until you find the energy flow screen. If for some reason it's not there, you must navigate into the settings. Settings -> Customize Display -> Main Menu Selection. From there, scroll until you find "Energy Flow" and click it in with the scroller. The dot should light up blue, and should appear now in your Car Menu. • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for the kind words! To my knowledge, there is no way to disable the seat belt notification. There may be a way with an advanced OBDII scan tool but I haven't found a way yet in the vehicle settings.

    can set SOC % for the main battery along with miles to empty (it only shows how many electrical miles left)

    • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To my knowledge, there's no way to show the SOC% on the DDD, but currently they only show electric miles and total miles range. If you were to subtract the electric range from the total range, you could get your gas range, but thats about all I've got for now.

    I got beep alert / chime inside my car once in a while when I drive, but nothing pop up on the display… tried my best to figure out what that’s for in the past weeks and now I think it’s an alert from over speed limit.
    Do you know if there’s a way to turn that off? I don’t see any over speed limit alert in settings and I am not sure which alert to turn off.
    Thanks in advance. 🙏

    • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for watching! The seatbelt chimes on these vehicles when you're unbuckled. Is there a chance that your/your passenger's seatbelt wasn't fastened? That's the only chime I've heard in these so far (and we don't follow the speed limit too often up here in Massachusetts LOL)

      @@midstatemitsubishi, thanks for your quick response. Not seat belt for sure as I always ensure everyone in car has it on before driving.
      Just tried and confirmed today with a longer out town trip, it’s a 2 beeping sound, and it will sound every time the car reaches 10km over the speed limit.
      I’m in Canada, and most driver drive like 5-15km over the speed limit at where I live, depending if it’s city or freeway. It’s quite easy to trigger the beeping when I simply wanna follow the traffic.😅
      Will greatly appreciate if you happen to know how to turn it off or maybe how to set a higher range before the alert will be activated. 😊 But totally understand if the model in Canada might be any different.
      Just trying my luck 😆.
      Thanks anyway!

      @@ViViWaWa Hey there! Sorry for the late response, I wanted to go drive a USA version myself to see. Now I did drive over the speed limit (on a closed track of course 😉), and it did not 'ding' at me. I do however, have a recommendation. In the meter cluster settings (speedometer area), if you go into Settings -> Driver Assistance -> traffic sign recognition. You should be able to turn off the traffic sign recognition, possibly disabling the "ding" altogether. Unfortunately since our model doesn't make the sound, I can't test it, but try it out and let me know how it goes!

    How do I clear the all the words and just have the speed showing? I don't want to see Manual Reset1 or Manual Reset2 or Auto Fuel. Just the digital speed.

    • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If you use the left and right arrows (the ones that flank either side of the silver scroller), you can cycle to the page that house the "home" icon. That should be what your looking for. On the models with the 7" meter cluster, it will show the digital speedo in the middle, but on the models with the 12.3" digital meter cluster (like in the video), it will show a picture of the car with a compass, and the weather conditions. If you would like that page to be blank, make sure to scroll down with the silver scroller while on the home icon and it will pull up a blank page. I hope this helps!

    • @midstatemitsubishi

      Hello, in order to dim the digital meter cluster, you must adjust the (- * +) button underneath the far left air vent. It will be near your power liftgate button.

    I'm coming from a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. When I crossed the U.S. Canada boarder I just had to hit a button on the wheel to change from miles to Km (one of the few things i liked i liked on this car). Is there a quick way to do this Here? Might not sound like much but when you do it almost every week to every second week that shortcut was awesome

    • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Unfortunately you’d have to actually enter the settings to do so, there is no shortcut button for that. However, there is a KM/H display in the bottom right of the meter cluster while driving that may assist in a pinch.

    How to rest tire pressure light

    • @midstatemitsubishi
      @midstatemitsubishi  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, the tire pressure sensors in the 22-24 should reset automatically when set to the correct pressure. However, if the vehicle is set up for tire rotation reminders and the "maintenance-tire" message pops up, you must use the meter cluster to reset it. Go into "settings" from your steering wheel, scroll down to "maintenance", select "tire" and click "reset". I hope this helps!
