How’s your kitchen working out? Good seeing, your return to our delight! 😊
I am getting used to it! I need to do a tour for you all :)
I never thought of cooking them in the instant pot. I always freeze my meatballs when I cook them because I make a lot for easy meals later. I pop them in the instant pot with marinara sauce for 1 minute and they reheat perfectly. I might as well cook them in there as well. This could be a game changer no mess! Great video!
I hope you enjoy!
I must try these I normally buy ready store bought , thanks 🏴
You will love the homemade version :)
I can wait to try these meatballs. I've tried many of your recipes, and I have to say you never disappoint...they are full of flavor. Thank you, Kristen.
Glad you like them!
Thank you so much for the recipe! I never make meatballs as I have always been afraid of undercooking or burning them.
You are so welcome! I love getting the timing right so others can enjoy!
Will definitely try this thank you
Hope you enjoy
Yummy! Thank you 😊
My pleasure 😊
Is your other method baking the meatballs? I usually brown them, then add the sauce, then cook under pressure 10 minutes.
Yes, my other method bakes the meatballs in broth. The broth evaporates as the meatballs cook, but keep them moist, and then they broth. amindfullmom.com/the-worlds-best-meatballs/
Hi Kristen, I hope that you can help me please, as I said before you are my guru. I have been having real problems with my instant pots. I bought one and it leaked steam from the water test and did not stop. This is from the steam valve and is preventing the pin from rising and cooking to commence. So I bought a second one, only to have that one, do exactly the same! Is this a normal problem in your experience, because to be honest, I am at wits end. I have followed all of the trouble shooting, although I had not cooked anything in them by then, just water, so no blockages from food particles. I would really appreciate your advice. I have messaged instant twice and they have not replied and they do not accept phone calls too, here in the UK. Many thanks Jane
Hi Jane! I am so sorry you are having issues! Is it possible you haven't turned your venting knob to the sealed position? Or your seal on the ring is loose? This video may help: th-cam.com/video/hlEXEtM9ab4/w-d-xo.html
Hi Kirsten, thanks for trying to help. I have one of the models with the self sealing/locking lid. I changed the clear sealing ring for the spare red one and tried to do another water test, it appeared to be working at first. However, the lid started shooting steam out of the steam valve, without me or my adult daughter anywhere near it, to press the button. Its obviously faulty. What a shame. I'm not having any luck with these, but I am not going to give up. he he, Take care x
