    Kristina, I just got back from the hospital as I have severe digestive and stomach issues as of recently...and to no surprise, the doctor diagnosed me as lactose and meat intolerant. He prescribed an immediate vegan diet with a primarily raw fruit and veggie base. I am so happy and equally shocked that a mainstream medicine practitioner in such a small meat and potatoes kind of town would recommend a vegan diet. I was vegan for years and as soon as I went back to a standard american diet, my body has had an increasingly large amount of issues. I love your videos and your entire raw food empire and I'm so glad that even though I don't know you personally, that I can feel like I will have you helping me along my journey in the next while. much love to you. ❤❤ your lifestyle will literally save my life.

      Jasmine Leonard The reason you have an aversion to these things is because you had been vegan for years before. The doctor just connected the two. It's the same for people who go gluten free without celiac disease. Stay away from it long enough and once you try it again, it's going to cause all kinds of problems.

    I just made the second one and added half an onion to it with chilli and used carrot for the pasta instead of courgette. Was like a spag Bol ! Incredible! I bought a food processor last week and have started eating more raw vegan because of your videos have inspired me. Thanks a lot for the vids

    Hi Kristina, my name is Denise and I started my vegan journey on April 5th this year. My problem is that I did not lose much weight as I am a large women of well over 200 lbs. I don't miss eating meat, my problem is eating bread and potatoes which keep me bloated. I want to thank you for these recipes, I'm about to do a full body cleanse that will allow raw foods and I've enjoyed watching your very informative videos and might I add that you're quite funny!     I just want to thank you for having a channel such as this for someone that is new to the raw vegan world. I have asthma and pcos and am looking at alternative ways of control.     One of my favorite cooked dishes is spaghetti with marinara sauce, I'm soooo glad there is a raw version so that I don't have to miss out. YES TO ZOODLES!

    Kristina!!!! Bless you for the time and trouble you take in coming up with new raw meals and sharing!! I think many people feel they can't eat "fruits and salads" every single day. I love ALL the recipes you shared but I really want to try the zoodles and marinara! I started following you in 2013 and have an incredible story to share. Too many details for this comment section but......I was eating almost fully raw three years ago. A major life event pulled the rug out from under me and I didn't want to eat, prepare food or think about shopping for it. I began eating a lot of quick, processed meals which of course made me feel worse. I lost a lot of weight in a short period of time (not in a healthy way). Again, too many details but within 1 1/2 years I was very sick. In my opinion prolonged, HIGH stress levels and poor food choices is what did it. I was diagnosed with an incurable cancer. Within a year and a few months a second, unrelated cancer diagnosis. Everything I could get my hands on to read or watch told me my diet and stress was the culprit. I'd never felt healthier or more energetic on a raw diet and decided it was time to get back to it! Believe it or not one of the first doctors I saw asked "you're not on any weird diet are you? Vegan, vegetarian or anything like that"? I couldn't believe it! (Of course if you get well they don't make money! )I'll stop there.......and thank you again so very much for the hard work you do to add variety and new ideas for us as well as putting yourself out there and being totally authentic.     I love your recipes. I just started the fully raw/vegan diet last month. In the first 10 days I lost 20 lbs and my blood pressure is back to normal. My cholesterol levels are improving. I feel great.

    I am Currently eating the zucchini pasta right now...OMG! I absolutely love it. I ended up spiralizing 6 zucchini because it was just too saucy. I added some pesto seasonings and salt..BOMB. 2 out 3 of my kids liked it as well.. Next time I'm adding olives and may sprinkle some Nutrional yeast on top.

    I already eat like 10-15 fully raw meals a week, (mostly thanks to you Kristina!) so I decided I'm going fully raw this week. I think I will try your marinara pasta :) That pico de gallo salad looks amazing too!

    I know this is five months old but yes, I like the idea. I have been vegan since 2012 and a vegetarian 17 year prior. I slowly started cutting cooked foods out of my diet since I came across your video "What I Eat in a Work Day" a couple of weeks ago. I pretty much ate the same thing every day because it was easy to prepare. Now I have tried some of your recipes andI am enjoying the variety. Do you have plans to do a book tour in Atlanta? Thanks!

    YUM! All look great. One small suggestion. The powders might overwhelm a newbie. I think that adding only the protein powder would have been enough, with perhaps just a mention of adding spirulina and/or greens powder. The marinara will most def be tried soon. Looks sooo good.

      Brittany Blankenship - I bought a Dash Chef blender 2 years ago for less than half the price. The motor strength is a tiny bit higher too. Its worth a look. :)

      Brittany Blankenship look up Froothie! I got an Optimum Blender 2 years ago and it has changed my life lol don't fork out more than you need to- it's just a name! You can find quality for A LOT cheaper! I only spent $400aud on mine 👍

    Great idea! I love the dinner recipes especially, because that is the hardest meal to do raw.

      You are so right about dinner being the hardest. This is what made me seek out cooked vegan meals. It took away my cravings for meat and made it easier to enjoy and continue being vegan.

    This is SO awesome. Thank you for taking the time to break stuff down and give us 3 DELICIOUS choices for nom noms!
    I am about 80% raw for the past 3 or 4 weeks because of you Kristina. I am in Canada... so it's a bit of a challenge!
    If the U.S. election goes well I'd love to consider moving down South where it's always warm and yummy fruits & veggies are (almost) always in season!!!
    Also, when are you coming to Canada, and where abouts?
    You are a wonderful inspiration , and you ARE making the world better for all of us day by day.

    Hello sweet spirit. I personally would love to see more savory salad dressings. I've tried many of your dressings, including your recent ranch dressing (nummy!) but I'm always looking for more. I'm on a hunt to find a dressing that I could eat over and over, night after night! Love what you do, girl!

      I think many of her dressings could be improved alot by adding just a little salt (and pepper). This gives it alot more taste and makes is more savory.
