      The spoon is just a regular spoon where the handle was bent at a 90 degree angle.

    I don’t know why my layers don’t separate distinctively like the video but all blend together

      Did you add more sugar to the bottom layer and a little sugar to the second layer? The coffee needs to be hot in order for it to float on top.

      @@siftandsimmer I only added a little sugar to the matcha and no sugar to the milk. I watched many other videos and didn’t see ppl adding sugar but still separated. Maybe a bigger glass helps? Mine is ard 325ml
