I think I would use both those colours Davina as I like them both, probably heels and toes but use that beautiful main yarn for the cuffs - whatever you decide will be perfect though - your crochet cardi today is great can’t remember seeing that one before- probably me being forgetful !! Xx

My dear friend bought me a ticket to go with her to the Ally Pally. How lovely is that. The tickets are for Thursday so sorry I won't see you. We have to go with my friends schedule as she is not retired like me. I use Knit Pro nova Cubics for everything. My hands are terribly arthritic but they are great. Honestly, If I was putting in a contrast to socks knitted in that yarn I’d be looking to use a jewel blue/orange/green/pink same colour as in the main yarn .
I’m watching you very late today Davina. Had tree guys here this morning trimming back two trees out in front of my house & it just set my whole day off - I don’t know why I didn’t have to do any of the work! They cleaned up so nicely! I’ve used this company before and very pleased with them. Came in house & there is so much more light coming in my living room windows I couldn’t believe it! Take care my friend!🧡🍁🎃💛

hi Davina, the sock yarn looks lovely. Would you consider using black on the heels toes and cuffs, i know its not the best co lo,but i reckon it would make the beautiful yarn pop even more,or if not maybe another dark contrast. decisions decisions🌻
I would go darker colours even black or dark navy bring your colours out gorgeous yarn xx
If you have 100g I would use it for cuffs as they will be on show and personally with 2 colours make alternative heels and toes for each foot as always a conversation starter , good luck enjoy the knit 🧶
I think you should use each colour. Toes one colour, heels the other on the first sock. Then swap the colours around for the second sock.

I would go with 2 or a darker shade.

#1 (the blue) for sure. The other is too drab.
Couldn't justify spending that much on a pair of socks! Add to the yarn your new needles, toppers as so on you're up to £25+ what!!! I work to a strict budget!

I’m with you Davina! I don’t eat out, never had a take away, don’t smoke or drink ( only at Christmas, maybe) so I enjoy my crafts and a few treats. I’m not a yarn snob but I appreciate the finer things that I can afford now and then.🥰
