Ang kailangan lang dito is dapat may batas para ma control at masugpo ang mga illegal gun businesses in the country. Application is still very hard. I don't think the changes made even made a difference at all. Application is now being done online, but you still have to go back-and-forth over and over. If you live far from Camp Crame, goodluck! Gun application should truly be "online". Meaning everything should literally be done online if PNP really wishes to decrease loose firearms significantly. It should be an inter-agency cooperation between NBI, PNP & all DOH Accredited laboratories for it to work. PNP should be able to authenticate submitted documents by inter-agency communication and not by individual applicants physically submitting the so called "authentic documents" which I even doubt PNP authenticates these submitted documents at all. Neuro-Psychiatric exams can and should be done online. Our current technology already allows this! This not a physical exam in which a physician literally needs you to be physically present to do the exam. LTOPF ID, Gun registration ID and PTC ID can and should also be mailed to applicants for ease. PRC is already doing this, it's not rocket science! Things would have been very fast this way with no more long lines & long travel times.

online system application needs more improvement, madali sana pero pumapalpak yung system, computer literate naman ako, i am 24 yrs old btw. i tried to renew my dad's id na SENIOR CITIZEN, from the old system to the online system. ung renewal hindi naman gumana nung nilagay ko ung control # nia, also considering the difference between number 1 and the letter I. so, i tried calling the crame office that was also shown on the site. and by the way binabaan po ako ng isa niong tauhan and idk why :( so pinagpasa pasahan muna ko which i already expected to this kind of transactions, but when i finally had the right person, he was kinda rude, impatient, and pinapalabas na mali yung ginagawa ko which i then defended, so i just ask him what you and what i can do. so they ask me to just go to camp crame to fix this with the IT. more of like a hassle to us than convenience... i hope and i know the staff on one stop shop and the system itself will improve and be nice. god bless the philippines.

Only in the Philippines 🇵🇭 Dito sa US kailangan Lang ng 3 documents! Valid DL FSC Firearms Safety Certificate saka Proof of billing na match sa DL. Then 10 days background check bago makuha yung firearm. Then once na nakuha mo na yung firearm wala ng renewal pag na transfer na sayo. Hindi kagaya sa Atin I think every 2 years ba ang renewal?

It's all about the money. In the country where I live, renewal is every 5 years and you just pay the fees. Pero they check all gun owners for criminal records everyday. They run the database. Once you get a criminal case then they could revoke the license.

Application is still very hard. I don't think the changes made even made a difference at all. Application is now being done online, but you still have to go back-and-forth over and over. If you live far from Camp Crame, goodluck! Gun application should truly be "online". Meaning everything should literally be done online if PNP really wishes to decrease loose firearms significantly. It should be an inter-agency cooperation between NBI, PNP & all DOH Accredited laboratories for it to work. PNP should be able to authenticate submitted documents by inter-agency communication and not by individual applicants physically submitting the so called "authentic documents" which I even doubt PNP authenticates these submitted documents at all. Neuro-Psychiatric exams can and should be done online. Our current technology already allows this! This not a physical exam in which a physician literally needs you to be physically present to do the exam. LTOPF ID, Gun registration ID and PTC ID can and should also be mailed to applicants for ease. PRC is already doing this, it's not rocket science! Things would have been very fast this way with no more long lines & long travel times.

Let this video serves as a reminder to all Americans who don't appreciate their 2nd Amendment rights ( right to bear arms) and allow the liberal gun grabbers take away their constitutional rights to bear arms. One has to go through lots of steps, paperworks and red tapes in order to get the license. Also, the Philippine government is so unstable, depending on which regime is in power, a new government could revoke existing licenses and order a mass firearms confiscation. The government knows who you are, where you are, and how many guns you owned. This has happened in the past when President Marcos declared Martial Law back in 1972. For those reluctant to surrender their firearms, army soldiers literally knocked on doors to confiscate.

Gun safety? All they did they gave seven rounds a 45 pistol, pose for a picture and shoot seven rounds down to the paper target. I was asking for the safety class, they said no need. Thats it. 900 pesos down the drain. First off I was in the US Army for 30years, I had experience most of the weapons here in PI. Like pistols 45, glock, beretta I disassembled armscor before and fired, m4, m16s. M249 machine guns, 60cal, 50cal and had briefed safety on each of these weapons before. My question was, why do Inhave to go through safety briefings and all we did was shoot and pay 900 pesos?

online system application needs more improvement, madali sana pero pumapalpak yung system, computer literate naman ako, i am 24 yrs old btw. i tried to renew my dad's id na SENIOR CITIZEN, from the old system to the online system. ung renewal hindi naman gumana nung nilagay ko ung control # nia, also considering the difference between number 1 and the letter I. so, i tried calling the crame office that was also shown on the site. and by the way binabaan po ako ng isa niong tauhan and idk why :( so pinagpasa pasahan muna ko which i already expected to this kind of transactions, but when i finally had the right person, he was kinda rude, impatient, and pinapalabas na mali yung ginagawa ko which i then defended, so i just ask him what you and what i can do. so they ask me to just go to camp crame to fix this with the IT. more of like a hassle to us than convenience... i hope and i know the staff on one stop shop and the system itself will improve and be nice. god bless the philippines.

I wonder why so many people are complaining that it takes a month or so for the processing of their LTOPF, ? In fact, last year when I renewed my ltopf, with complete requirements, I got the license in less than 10 working days.. Did the FEO changed the steps or sequence of acquiring LTOPF?

Then 10 days background check bago makuha yung firearm. Then once na nakuha mo na yung firearm wala ng renewal pag na transfer na sayo. Hindi kagaya sa Atin I think every 2 years ba ang renewal?

Suss madali ba yun ang dami requirements at ang tagal..... ang dami atsutsu... at kayo rin mag dedecide kung papayagan nyo magka license an individual, panu kung complete requirements at lahat ng test including medical test, pasado, kaso mukhang hoodlum, issue nyo ba ng license?
Does the Philippines have FFL (Federal Firearms License) so we can buy firearms online from other countries? I really want to collect WW2 and WW1 firearms.
I think it would be called NFL because we don’t call it federal but national. Example of this is the NBI (literally a copycat of the FBI)
