    This is great for anyone making repairs to their markers and don't have any air.
    Sure, it takes time, but at least you got air for them tests or more

      I just picked one up for this exact reason. Nearest field is 30 minutes away and is closed during the week so it's hard to get air when I'm not specifically going to the field.

    For reference, it takes approximately 300 pump strokes to fill a 13/3k and 1000 to fill a 48/3000. The highest I was physically able to pump to was 4000 psi. My recommendation is fill in 100 pump increments with 10 minute breaks between to both rest, and let the pump cool down. You can easily fill a couple tanks through the week in time to play limited paint games on the weekend.

    These work well for 13ci tanks. Anything larger than that and you're going to have a stroke. They come in handy for at home testing, but I wouldn't use one to play.

    I'd love to Jerry-rig two of those on an bicycle wheel to keep fill a scuba tank and use the scuba tank to get fills in between games.

    Honest review. It does exactly what its supposed to. You have to make sure you push the pump all the way down, and that is coincidentally where the difficult part is. I'm about 6 foot 200 pounds and it started getting noticeably harder for each pump after hitting 3000. It does the job, but you're definitely going to have to put some muscle into it past 3000. Everyone trying to count how many pumps it will take to fill up an entire tank are fooling themselves because you're not exerting the same energy for each pump. Its easy in the beginning and it only gets harder as you pump more air into your tank.

    Any at home or portable compressor recommendations?

    With normal 68/4500 tanks it gets hard as heck to pump even putting all you weight on it

    so my question is if I wanted to use it to fill a 5 gallon portable air tank that has a tire valve it would fill quickly? I mean its going to be a better choice than a bike pump? need to fill to about 120 PSI ????

    would this work with refilling those 12g refillable co2 cartridges?
    and if so what fittings would i need to get to fill it up

    • @TinkersKustomPaintball
      @TinkersKustomPaintball 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      12g cartridges aren't refillable, once they're punctured they're done for. And this compresses oxygen whereas Co2 is filled in a liquid state

      @@TinkersKustomPaintball theres a refillable version you just got to search for it
