    Egg paratha recipe
    Makes 3 to 4
    Ingredients
    Eggs 2
    Milk 1 cup
    Salt ¾ tsp or to taste
    Black pepper powder ½ tsp
    Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
    Oil 1tbsp
    Whole wheat flour 1 cup
    Baking powder ¼ tsp
    Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
    Tomato 2 tbsp
    Onion (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
    Green chillies (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
    Oil as required
    tbsp = tablespoon
    tsp = teaspoon
    1 cup= 250 ml = 2.5 dl
    Note: you can also add more vegetables if you want like carrots, zucchini, cabbage etc. if you want to make crispy paratha you can add ½ cup water or milk in batter.
