@@ayushisharma4635 My advice to you would be that don't spend too much time on task 1 as the second task has more weightage during evaluation. I didn't manage my time very well. I got 6.5 in writing because of that so it's very important to complete the task 1 in 20 minutes. It will give you a good time to write a good essay. One more tip, do not write any memorized sentences. It won't help. If it doesn't fit accurately. The examiner will know. Try to stay natural. Try to use a variety of sentence structure. Use adverbs. But don't overuse them. Be careful about tenses.

Mr. Jay, you could add the noun form of the Verb Varied as "VARIATIONS". For another verb, Diminished, you could have a noun phrase, "a DIMINISHING TREND."
I'd like to ask Jay, I wish you can reply my questions or anyone else can help me. Why plummet and shrink are not scientific words? I read in some articles both words are well written there. Thank you Jay and E2 team.

Hey, are you there? I am Tamoor hailing from Pakistan 🇵🇰 and I took my IELTS on 29 Dec 2021. It was Computer based so the everything went well, but writing scores are not acceptable. I have done everything as per your instructions and I know I used simple writeup style. They decided to rate mine at band 6 🙄 whereas I put all the information that I know so far related to topic. I did write word to word as per your instructions in the video for taking writing task for ielts. I also included professional information that I know was true to my knowledge and highly recommended and agreed with it. But I Don why they gave me such a bad score for my writeup of approx 370 words.
I had a similar line graph and the way I found to describe things was that in the first 15 years (according to your graph) the mais changes occured, and described sll of the changes. Then I said that in the other years the trends remained relatively stable and only mentioned one or two slight changes that happened in the period. Is that ok?
E2, you should add this video to the website as well, I only saw it because of my writing feedback. If this video was in the paid course, then I wouldn't have made any mistakes.
I have read a document shows that for other nouns to describe the significant growth is “soar” and “surge”. But i rarely see any essays use these nouns. Should i use them?
