You can use snap seeds on the corrupted monks projection(purple one). To deal some free damage. Also can use divine confetti to deal extra damage.

If you want deal quick high damage, use Mortal Slash but perform it by JUMPING first, (must upgrade mid air combat arts) its a bug that if you perform it this way, it makes the first slash have similar damage of Empowered Mortal Slash (required to hold the button which is slower)
Its better when jumping to the side or behind the enemy while perform it (more stun damage)
