Yea lol. At the end of my first playthrough I had 90 pellets..
Usually I preserve tons of consumables and dont use any at all, but here I started doing so and it allowed me to actually first try some bosses at the edge of my health
There are no “harder” enemies in Sekiro

@@basemass81 I think you got your bosses mixed up. Mist Noble is the hardest boss in the game, hands down.

Could actually see Bite down being useful in a run like this, if you know your going to go down to poison, you can at least use Bite down to revive again without needing to progress the phase.

i have no idea why at 22:15 he decided to do his backhop firecrackers instead of the regular ones, but that's why he could mikiri.
there's some other opportunities to thrust other than that combo, but that combo is supposed to be 100% consistent lol.
I think charmless changes some boss move sets a little bit and lets them combine different attacks.

Lobosjr did something that once, but it was palace nobles (flute fuckers) instead of mist noble.

this vid answers a question I had about Sekiro mechanics from a while back, I wondered if you could die mid-deathblow and what happens if you did. turns out (at least via normal means like poison) you CAN'T die mid deathblow sequence cause the damage just stops while you are doing one.
watching this actually helped me feel more confident for the boss fights later in the game because ive been trying to fight Geneichiro for a few hours and cant get anywhere during phase 3
What about a “kill all monkeys %” but every monkey has been replaced with guardian ape

I have just got to know this channel and do not know what you guys are used to, but I have got a weird feeling this guy might just end up completing that challenge

@@bloodfork Yes, to add to the other guy's comment, the Tengu of Ashina is Isshin's disguise. He uses it to get out of his room in Ashina Castle and assassinate the various shinobi and Senpou Temple rats around Ashina. He mentions the Tengu disguise by name in a letter left in his room.
@@imperialquietus9977 To further add to that, if you don't grab the Mushin skill upgrades from Tengu before Isshin dies, Emma gives them to you when you talk to her about Isshin's last words.
This was my first Aggy stream and I can say it did not disappoint. Been to almost every stream since!!

I just beat Owl Father and Isshin Sword Saint for the first time yesterday (bought the game on launch day) and was so pumped. Then I watch this and it's like...OH.

You should do a run where every enemy is mist noble. Should be the hardest run yet.
Shoulda worn the Isshin Ashina skin so you can accurately represent his exact phisical state throughout the game
When you play sekiro so much the final boss is referred to as "cake walk"

Iirc, Ongbal did a video where he fight Sword Saint Isshin with 1 attack power and no health upgrade. This guy is either Shura or a masochist.

bruh he did this whole run and never once used the bite down which kills you without taking away your resurrection so you can get free half healthbar after running out of all heals
imagine being Kuro, seeing your protector give back the charm you gave them, and then immediately dying five feet away
Talk about bein on borrowed time. Sekiro really gotta love his life stress-full and enjoy it to the fullest knowing that he could keep dying at any moment for at least a minimum of 1,000 times.

I feel like playing this run like the normal game would be the best way to beat it. Just because you get lol the heals and health upgrades and if you kill the enemies you’ll get enough xp to get the breath of light shadow and other abilities that heal you like that. Cause then killing every enemy will keep you alive. Constantly and using prayer beads would make it a lot easier easier too. Possible too easy for a sekiro god like lilaggy.

Some people may do no health upgrades as a challenge. This guy said it was a mild inconvinience while being permanently poisoned.

Its my first time playing sekiro and I didn’t know you can parry the horse kick
For why lady butterfly was acting so weird/ did not jump down after the first kill i think is due to how the A.I works based on your health state/loss of health during a section where you arent really supposed to be damaged unless by her
Lil aggy, you have to try to get to kuro at the beginning. What u do is use the Homeward Idol and you get to full health. It might be possible to reach kuro this way.
you can die while using homeward idol and it'd only take ~1-2 seconds to die, so that'd be literally impossible.
Nothing is better than seeing Aggy torturing himself with this game. These challenge runs are so time-consuming but at the same time so much fun to watch.
I just realized that the idols placed next to one another make more sense with this mod.
Actually, the resurrection system is more optimized too...And it fixes IA abuses and cheese to some degree...

Just got Sekiro this past Christmas and started playing the game yesterday...and ya can see why people called this game brutal lol.
Only real thing i gotta get used to is deflecting attacks (definitely needed for this game unless I want to take forever to kill enemies)...personally prefer playing like how i used to play Assassin's Creed (when that series was good that is...so AC 1-3) so far where I just assassinate each enemy and then run away and wait for the rest of the enemies' aggro to reset (imo one issue with the game i have is that even if you're well behind the enemy and assassinate an enemy without anyone looking all enemies aggro you immediately afterwards...considering Sekiro/Wolf (what's his name?) holds their mouth stealth/instant assassinations when not aggroed shouldn't draw other enemies' aggo). Granted said playstyle can't be used against bosses of course (tried it, their HP resets once they lose aggro unfortunately lol).
Don't really play a lot of Souls like games (tried my little bro's copy of DS1 and Bloodborne but didn't really get far in them...main issue with them and many Souls likes is they're fairly light in character focused cutscene focused storytelling like most jrpgs (Final Fantasy, Tales, Dragon Quest, etc) which is what i like in games so at the time i wasn't really into it but after trying Code Vein (which like Sekrio does have quite a bit of cutscenes that are character focused so i got more into it) I've been going back and playing some Souls likes since (Ender Lillies (2D Metroidvania Souls like rather than 3D like Salt and Sacrifice) last May or June for example...fun game as well)).
On another note...i joined the sad souls that the chained ogre/red eye dude Yeeted off the cliff in my 5th or so death to him lol.
You get a ninjitsu later in the game that lets you make a cloud of smoke when you stealth kill an enemy that allows you to backstab another guy from stealth.
Also you can grapple to the ogre, even after getting thrown.
When the wolf has beaten the game in every way possible... he poison himself and try to beat the game xD
