Nice video! I'm working on an idea in my head on making my own circle cutting jig. I'm trying to avoid having to drill all those holes to put the pin in and be more precise.. I do prefer cutting circles on the bandsaw because usually the kerf is smaller than a router or jigsaw. Cheers!
I made a similar jig without the ability to slide it into the blade. Despite marking up for different diameters, in practice I just target the largest diameter possible out of the blank. Most of my blanks are from Red Gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) from SE South Australia.
Double stick tape works great. Eliminates the dimples.
