      When you do the word count, does it count as everything including the title page, chapter, etc. Or is it just the story you've written?

    When doing another chapter, do you do the same we did for the first one? E.G. Going 1/3 down the page to center the number and name of the chapter. I also loved it. I'd been planning to write a book for ages. You're explanation was clear and straight to the point. Best tutorial I've seen so far. Thank you!

    I've had a couple of stories bouncing around in my head & always considered writing them down' just never really pulled the trigger. I recently decided to actually start writing & in doing so was looking to format my book properly. I found your video & it has been extremely helpful for somebody new like myself.     I can't believe I found your video. I am so amazed it is so clear and straight to the point. I am new to writing, and am beginning with non-fiction before moving into fantasy adventure. Right now I am new to all this, I am embarrassed that I feel so far behind. My question is, once you format it how do you download it, and upload it in the right dimensions in KDP?

      @@thelifeofawriter I haven't but I will. I was watching Author Level Up's channel. He talked about Book Funnel to use for Beta Readers. I am so new to everything (my first novel still iin revisions) I didn't even know about it. That looks like a very good platform and a nominal cost.

      Yes, your manuscript should be the final draft and edited before formatting for Kindle.
