Element needs to get a warranty like Vortex or Athlon...the day that happens I will buy this scope. It really is sitting at top of the Tier B scopes. Very impressive, congrats
@@Airbuks I think they are nuts to offer that warranty...but they do. On a $1K optic I would risk not having it, but not on a $2,500 or higher Anyway, the Theos is incredible I was blown away when I saw it. Color, fit n finish, turrets, glass...its amazing
@@KevinWood44 Keep an eye out and buy them only when they go on sale for under $2000. I've decided to buy one next time I see them on sale below $2000. I also have concerns about their lifetime warranty as well since they're still a relatively new company.. I wasn't impressed with their Nexus, and especially their Titan and Helix, to me they were below average based on the prices they charged compared to other better quality brands selling for similar or even cheaper prices compared to these Element Optics scopes specifically the much cheaper Ares BTR Gen 2 vs Nexus and EP5 vs Titan and EPL4 vs Helix. After doing a lot of research I found the Theos to be on par or close to the Vortex Razor Gen 3 in glass quality with significantly less weight that is specifically what makes me want to buy one. It sure looks like a night and day difference in quality compared to their other lines of scopes that I wouldn't recommend buying even when they're on sale. They really need to source better glass for their Helix and Titan in order to remain relevant in their price points. Chromatic aberration is unacceptable for their $1500 Nexus as well where the image quality looks good until you crank it up to 20x maximum magnification and shoot under high contrast conditions while the much cheaper Athlon Ares BTR Gen 2 does not have this problem at 20x and is an overall better scope than the Nexus. The Theos sure looks like a Tract Toric. I wonder if Tract has any plans to introduce a 6-36x56 for under $2000 regular price like how their 4-25x50 compares to the much more expensively priced Zeiss LRP S3 version. I would guess they'd probably sell for $1794.00 or $1894.00 regular price and be lighter weight than the Razor Gen 3.
@@Airbuks I know the feeling 😃 Yes I got one. Handles nicely and I like the whole layout of the gun. Struggling a bit with the spread though, but once that is in place, Im sure that it will be a serious threat to the M3 😎
@@VikingAirgunner it definitely will be . Tuning is not as easy as it looks . It has the potential of having so much power that it’s easy to over power the tune wit smaller calibers . What are you shooting at the moment?
@@Airbuks It came with the reg at 130 bar and I lowered it to 110 bar. Now the max velocity is at 1010 fps and Im shooting it at 985 fps with the 16 gr Zan. @@VikingAirgunner I am shooting 22 cal 34gr at 1005fps . Now in 22 you have the head sizes and I fount that the .216 and .217 in my barrel where more inconsistent in velocity and accuracy ( spread around 10-12 fps ) but with the .218 in my barrel spread is about 5-8 fps on the same tune and accuracy is way better . I did have some lighter slug tunes 26-28gr with spreads around 2-3 with tons of duplicates. One day I’ll get my hands on a high end optic to see what the biggest differences are between a $1,400 scope and a $3,000 scope. I am impressed with the $1,000-1,400 scopes but I also love scopes I bought that were $400-600.

Hi and greatings from Portugal. I have one and it was a upgrade from mtc. Nothing to compare to theos. Vs vector optics continental 5x30x56 the clearness of one white gong at 500meters is equal at same mag. But the details around is were are the money. I can see everything. Leafs, litle stiks everything. And another thing. I can measure distances with paralax
Yes I also own a 3-18 continental scope , very good glass though almost on par with the Titan 3-18 but when looking true the Theos it’s another game 😉👊
Hi , I find it depends on what you are hunting . If you use it as a close range critter hitter then yes and there are plenty of other good ones on the market and you save some € for extra lead 😉 but if you are doing any kind of long range hunting at smaller size pray it’s definitely worth looking at it

How arrogant to call this scope God (theos). And claim it to be seated on the throne on their website. As a Christian I will boycott Element optics because there is only one God and Creator of all things.
Hi John , I get your comment but for me as a TH-cam creator there is only so much to do with a EDgun and there is endless possibilities to create content with FX 😉 and I do really like the FX guns not just a fan boy 😉
don't make me laugh. I used element Titan for 3 years. then I bought Discovery ed-prs and I couldn't believe the difference in clarity. Don't spend so much money on these ridiculous binoculars.
The glass of my mtc viper is better than that discovery. My nethew wanna give me one but ive declined. The glass is darker and for long range i dont see the shots. Vector is better than discovery but is chinese too. I stop buying stuff from comunists, is my way to fight russia
This new top of the line model Theos is actually an excellent quality scope but their Titan and Helix are really junk. I honestly wasn't a fan of Element Optics and really thought their scopes were really junk including their Nexus which wasn't worth buying for the prices they charge until they came out with this Theos but even the Theos is not worth the price they charge being more expensive than the $2500 Zeiss LRP S3 version. I'd wait until they go on sale again for less than $2000 then I definitely plan on buying one of these Element Optics Theos myself.
Magnificent scope! Can't wait for you to take it out in the field for testing.
