I suggest going true to size if possible to have just the right fit! but going half a size up you’ll have some room around the heel area and can wear thicker socks that might help with the extra room. Going half a size down, your toes will feel squash in the toe box area but you can take out the inside sole out and wear thinner socks.

I got a 10.5 but they feel a little to big but a 10 feels to snug on my foot
It could be the thickness of your socks that made it snug with the 10. Over time the primeknit will loosen up the more you wear them

Michael Indig If you have a wide foot go half size up on 1.0 and 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 are TTS.
