I think she lacked support , I mean you have football players plays Champions league but still finish schooling , not to say she needed to , but its bizzare that she decided to quit and there was no pushback from her support structure
You don't always get support cause some parents are thinking of Retirn On Investment when raising kids. The poorer they are the most unlikely to support alternatives. They prefer security. While rich kids will probably be allowed to go extracurricular. Because money is not the main factor.
