  • Wiral Lite with the Black Magic Poket Cinama Camera 6k Pro. I go through how I set up the Wiral with a heavy set up.... as opposed to a LITE set up .. heh heh

(Edit: guess they already made what I was talking about lol)
This is what I’m interested in with a product like this, the possibilities this opens up are endless. A long chase scene, some interesting establishing shots, angles you can’t normally get.
Watching the Nazgul chase from lord of the rings, and the behind the scenes, this is literally the same thing but on a smaller scale. I hope they design a heavier duty one specifically for mirrorless/small cinema cameras.

i agree even a slightly heavier one would be leagues better!

nice video - this cable cam is also helpfull if you have to go for a shot in a public area where you are not allowed to fly a drone ... ;)

Hi Jericho, I found your video super useful for what I'm planning to do. Your equipment was: BMPCC6kPRO (1.2kg) + Sigma 18-35 1.8 (0.8kg) = 2KG total. Is this correct? I know they recommend a maximum weight of 1.5kg, but my full set up will be 1.7kg. Cheers!

Those are the all the same pieces I used👍 please keep in mind that it will not go up a hill, there will be a arch in the cable, and at that way, it’s very hard to stop the payload so please be careful and remember it is not the recommended usage.

After the initial evaluation of the Wirral cam are you still using this system? reviewers say it's cool but not making use after playing with it

If I still had it I would use it but pretty rarely

how easy is it to change your tilt on this setup? i would think you'd need counter weights to angle it down or up..

Very easy to change but it can be limited

@@JerichoPatrick I've been there, my man! But you seem like an awesome fella with a great sense for storytelling, and your video is still great

Drones have obstacle avoidance nowadays actually and it has hyperlaspe and time lapse technology. So it not useless with certain drones especially it EIS with a 5k resolution.
