The girls of (G)I-die are truly legends- in order starting from the girl with braids, Minnie, Miyeon, Soyeon, Yuqi and Shuhua I really am not surprised that Soyeon got your attention, she’s the leader of the group, probably the best female rapper in KPop alongside Moonbyul and just casually an incredible singer and dancer as well. She also is not just a phenomenal composer and producer, having written all but one of the songs in that performance, but she also has a lot of input on the concept, themes and visuals for the performances and music videos.
Oh my God was an Lesbian Anthem because of the lyrics and the MV, Soyeon wrote it and produced it leaves the whole KPOP industry shocked. Oh my God was also nominated as best MV on VMA back in the days
It's a given that if you love CL, you will love Soyeon. Similar history in the industry, both top tier rappers and singers, both love fashion, both amazing leaders for their groups, both give off I dgaf energy. Only difference is CL is a bad ass in person as well on stage and Soyeon is an adorable sweetie in real life and a baddie on stage.
