wow I was searching for this exact thing for my celica. Had to scroll through a bunch until I found this pleasant surprise. Was already following you on IG. Didn't know you put up a YT channel. Thanks for the vid!
i think it would be cool if you drop in the description all the links from the items purchased! Because i'm really interested to build a celica like yours
Connor Nation yeah, in this case, the splitter, but per exemple, if you let a permanent list in the description with info like, the body kit’s name and the link, the interios you modified, you know, it would be really cool and helpfull !!! I’m specially interested in the body kit, looks lit, and fits perfect Thanks you man
Connor Nation did it fit straight with the current brackets? I had a replica veilsside and the fibreglass cracks even with the slightest bit of pressure.
@@datmanUK Yep. These are plastic however, they crack with any bump. Hence why I built the splitter to protect it, and the way I did it, it required no modification to the existing parts.
Hey man just subscribed. Where did u find that plastic? What kind of plastic is it? Do they make different colors? How did you know how big to make the bumper splitter? And do you have a list of the parts u made the brackets out of. Genius idea 💡 Last question lol Where did u buy the rods that hold the splitter?
Thanks for Subbing! This was from a local construction supplier who stocks it for building homes. Look locally for construction suppliers and see if they'll sell you scrap or too small of pieces. My initial estimation for size was to take off all body parts and measure on the ground, then I knew how big of a sheet to ask for. I dont have a list, but it is made up of L brackets and wood anchors from home depot with some carriage bolts that fit the mounts that are pre existing for towing. And I got the rods off ebay, just measured from bumper to splitter and ordered the right size!
@@ConnorNation do u have an idea of how big this brackets are. Measurements? Of pics of the individual pieces? If so that would help a lot. Oh i wonder if the plastic comes in different colors. Im still tryong to decide whether i wanna do all black or black and blue so were the splitter wld be blue or the splitter holders could be blue :) Thanks so much i look forward to speaking more
That's the beauty of DIY 👍 I dont feel bad when I scratch it or hit it... and took no time. My plan was to design another set and have them water jetted by a friend and eventually sell them, but not enough interest was there. This was temporary with some free material I had... temp turned to permanent but I smack this thing at least once a week so no want for any thing perfect or expensive now 😁

Glad you found me here! The channel is relatively new, even though I am not to the Celica game. Hope you stick around and enjoy the videos

@@TheBulgrim98 I'll do a full walk around on the Celica in the video and show everything :)
What front lip is that? It looks so good!!
It's an ABSD lip but they dont make them anymore, I actually got the last batch they made. I'm not sure if they'll be making more.

What bracket did you use? What’s it called? Can’t seem to find it thank you.
The little L shaped bracket? Or the one on the Celica itself?
@@ConnorNation I know you got 2 of them and flip one over and joined them but can’t find those brackets. Thank you b
@@ConnorNation what’s the thickness of the metal, I found it now at Home Depot guy helped me out by the pic I took. Thabsk

do you have a link to the body kit you have on your car?
Unfortunately they dont make this front and the sides are super rare now :/ best bet is to search Forums like NewCelica or Facebook Groups
