No joke. Tom has always had good pace with his comedy & whenever he's interacting. Then there's Bert. 🤣You are 💯% correct though --- Bert really ought to just take a step back and see if there's some power to the 75/25 rule (listen 75% / talk 25%).
As well as letting Kevin talk and not interrupt with BS or promote himself. Story isn't always about you Bert!

Yeah, I like the guy but he comes off very self centered. It's at least in a way that makes it seem more like he just doesn't have awareness of it rather than actively trying to make it all about him. I really really wanted to hear a little t more from Kevin though. That was kinda a scoop that Bert just let fall through his fingers

Bert can be fun, but he just doesn't work as an interviewer, imo. Always ends up interrupting, digressing and making it about himself. So anxious all the time

Heard similar about Dr Phil, he makes 2 million an episode and pays a staff of like 80 people, so he has kind of admitted behind the scenes that he just keeps doing shows and phoning it in, cause it basically makes a bunch of people millionaires who can actually use it.

Without legislative action, we would have never ended slavery, lifted senior citizens out of destitute poverty with the social security act, or codified civil and voting rights into law with their corresponding Acts of 1964 and 1965.
So unfortunately, no. No, sticking our heads in the sand and focusing only on our immediate and extended family and friends is not the only thing we need to focus on, just a thought.
