So perhaps the reverse is true but I imagine you'd have to do it a lot to get any real benefits / negatives (if there are any in humans). Gosh so many of you are negative nancies, but I guess it's not surprising coming from a culture that normalises self-destructive behaviour. I've implemented some of what Bryan does and I'll have to say, my wellbeing has definitely improved. I have a way better sleep score, better day and night oxygen saturation and resting heart rate, my brain fog I've had for years is fast disappearing and my mental state improving, and my skin looks amazing. Dont knock something until you try it!
