Can I get this to run? Mercury 9.9/15 Outboard

Hey guys worked on this 1999 mercury 9.9-15hp outboard. Motor turned out really good and performs excellent. Bought this motor from a guy who used gasket sealant in the carburetor. Found the running issue and did general maintenance to the motor. New spark plugs, rebuilt carb with cleaning and gaskets, water pump impeller, gear lube, and detailing of motor.
