The real reason for "so much to do so much to see" having completion on steam is because ppl transfer their saves over from web version (but if you cheated it doesn't let you have the steam achievements).
Theoretically, you could get most achievements without clicking the big cookie. this is because golden cookies can drop cookies, and if you get enough, you can buy a cursor. from there, you can make the grind to eventually do everything else in the game, and eventually even achieve some prestige achievements which will start your future runs with cursors and grandmas by default. I've been playing CC since 2016, and getting true neverclick has taught me this

There's 2 achievements for not clicking the big cookie, and after a good amount of ascensions, the game even gives effects for not clicking the big cookie (like the shimmering veil) . I imagine it would actually not take much more time than a normal run
You can also get cheated cookies schievement by opening debug mode just rename your bakery to " saysopensesame" or something along these lines, but be careful it will ruin the fun

Nah i looked it up and it's really impossible to do it for now, things scale too well. I have over 70 achievements and i still can't squeeze the window enough. It's been reported as a bug, and should be possible again in the next patch.

I actually have all the achievements in cookie clicker on steam, I genuinely didn’t realise loading a save code would do that OR even work in the first place. So yeah.

I play coochie clicker but I am doing a tnc legacy, There is an achievement in the game where you need to bake 1m coochies WITHOUT clicking the big cookie. You can achieve this by clicking occasional golden coochies which can give you cookies until you get your first cursor. I am doing the same thing but I have done it beyond a million. I am currently on the tredecillions but sadly, you cannot finish the game completely without clicking the big coochie. There is an achievement which requires you to bake 1k cookie with clicks. I can't do that without clicking the big coochie. So yeah. Impossible to beat. Tldr: it's impossible to complete coochie clicker without clicking the big coochie because of an achievement that requires you to click the big coochie
