its either completely wrecking the enemy at turn 6, or being 1 off lethal and they play galakrond and get 5 armor and you topdeck a 1drop

@@xchanghox you can't farm effectively if 2/3rds of the ladder ignore your face until turn 7 where it spits out lethal damage.
But, if I told you what to do, you'd use it against me in a court of hearthstone

There's counters to aggro, like healing.
Hunters hate the 6 mana taunt that heals the face for 6. Fact.

That was the most obvious counterspell and he goes ahead and uses his arcane shot instead of his already once used rapid fire to trigger it. Face hunter logic.
It was definitely a misplay especially since he still intended to play the rapid fire but he thought that the mage was playing highlander
Ok, quick thing, what do you do with the 0/2 that gets summoned from bomb toss?, I thought misdirection but that split the chances of being hit for all minions 🤔

Can we take a moment and realize that this guy played 3 hearthstone games in less than 15 min!!!!!
Wtf even the old face hunter wasn't winning this face because people had more tools to defend themselves
just run any sort of healing
that's the problem: now almost any deck can generate lethal from empty board in one turn at 8+ mana. You know, all these Dragonqueen Alextraszas from Dragonqueen Alextraszas from Dragonqueen Alextraszas, or any but priest's Galakronds. So heal cards are not quite needed anywhere except for matchups like face hunter, and it only just became popular.
However, the anubisath rogue has plenty of healing, if she manages to get hand buff going on turn 5. But the deck is inconsistent
my Highlander Priest is farming these face hunters(100% winrate in 9 games), it also has a decent winrate against rogue but terrible against Galakrond Warrior.

with this list. for the priest legendaries like 3 3/3 and Madam Lazul are redundant, u can easily replace them with other good 3 drops and still wreck face hunters

Dusted a commander Rhyssa for this deck and still had to substitute some cards, all in all first game, won by turn 7 with a misdirection.

I am playing this style for 4 days . Worst counter to this are Nozdormi , having less than 3 cards after 5 Mana , and oppo. having 3+ orange gem _taunts .
So I have added 2 taunt and 2 tracking for finding that quest card easily.
Now I am losing to only legendary quest decks , Galakrond and hyper armor Warrior -taunt decks.

I have a face hunter that costs quite a bit more but I don't seem to win as much as you do with this deck.
The new hero power synergy 4 drop legendary seems like it would be so good. I've honestly considered crafting just to play around with it.
not quite in this deck. Opponent's board will oftenly be full of staff on turn 6, and you don't want 5 damage hitting 1/1 lackey. But you also don't want to play 3/5 on turn 4, its too slow.
To be honest, even Leeroy is not really a great thing to add into it.
@@rorre1650 Oh I wasn't necessarily saying this deck. It would only fit in a tempo deck that wins board by turn 4. If you can jam it when you have board control its definitely strong.
This is working pretty well for me, but now that I'm in rank 11ish it has started being hit or miss on the wins.
This deck and Anubis rogue really op.
This deck is meh, its only strong right now because most classes lack a lot of reliable healing options. Anubis rogue however is retarded, the argument that it has counters is laughable because if I don't have the perfect silence or weapon removal in hand then I straight out lose, they have options on how and when to play it and many times if they know i'm running removal they still get 2-3 deathrattles off on the second one late in the game. doesn't matter how late the game is, a ton of 1-2 mana 13/13 minions with charge and a 15/12 leeroy says I die. This combined with rogues insane number of cheap removal and card generation cards means that there is little that can be done. The problem is they can't do anything about it, making the card a 5 mana or even 6 mana card would still make it playable and would still enable the same crazy combos. Just like I said, this is a deck that can survive easily into the late game against all but the craziest aggressive decks and still win. I never subscribed to the moniker: if you can't beat a deck thats all over the meta play aggro. It's a copout and not a fun way to play, decks shouldn't be balanced around it.

Face hunter can be beat. Its just a matter of killing phase stalker as soon as possible and praying that there is no turn one side quest. the other problem with this deck its just got such a low curve that a lot of the time this deck can just throw stuff on the board without an issue.

I mean Toast isn't exactly revolutionary with this. People have been playing this since day 1 even during the Shaman meta.

@@amuro9624 Yes, all the decks that feel terrible to play against. Of these 3, deathrattle rogue is feels the worst, IMO.
After this vid came out, i've seen a bunch of these hunter decks to the point i built a deck just to counter it.
they were meta as of a little under a week ago, I climbed from rank 4 to rank 300 legend in maybe 5 hours last weekend when the shamans were still rampant and people didn't know to counter.

It shows what the max mana was when they acquired the card, so basically it shows at what round they got it
Ive lost to this deck about 6 times in a row, which brought me down from gold 4 to gold 6. Frick face hunter.

Why not run diremole instead of dwarven sharpshooter if you're just going face?
cuz dire mole is jut a 1/3 and sharpshooter is a 1/3 with a usefull efect to kill taunts?
sharpshooter cost the same, have the same stats but have a added effect

Well this was the deck which made me craft Galakrond Shaman. Added zilliax and one brew instead of Barrista and Electra. Been ruining face hunters ever since.

Honestly I wouldn't bother. It's like the ultimate highroll deck because if you don't start with the sidequest you basically automatically lose
