That the guy used kill command on the novice was actually REALLY smart, kinda funny how we all including Toast thought "haha the guy is angry" when in fact he made a very sneaky play that no one noticed. Not the first rodeo of this hunter

If he would have just played a secret RIGHT AFTER he pulled that great play off. Cmon how brainded would his opponent have to be to not realize thats another misdirection? @@danielwong1331 Well that means you are a way better HS player than i'm, which is fine by me. I personaly dont use a Deck Tracker which was the one that fooled Toast into trusting it, which led to what we saw. But even without a deck tracker i would have probably not remembered that misdirection would not have triggered earlier due to invul, and therefore assumed it was snake trap. Yes in hindsight it is obviously misdirection, but in that moment given that the Hunter might very well be triggered because the chance for him winning is literally 0% at this point, so i cant really blame Toast for his "missplay" there. But i would actually blame him for his yolo gamble play the turn after, because he had a 100% win chance and decreased that win chance down to a 50/50 instead of going the save route. That actually blew my mind a bit to be honest

One time I got a run of dalaran heist where I got an item that halved the mana cost of something (Round down). This meant that Everything 5 and under cost between 0 and 2 mana. i then got sceptre of summmoning which made everything above 5 mana cost 5 mana. That was ridiculous.
Last time I was this ahead of the curve Toast was getting banned for exploits

It's less popular than Face Hunter, Resurrect Priest, Highlander Mage, Deathrattle Rogue, Highlander Galakrond Rogue, Galakrond Shaman, Galakrond Zoo Warlock and Galakrond Warrior and has a very medicore winrate above rank 10. That's a very different situation from Gadgetzan Pirate Warrior.

(note:big paladin does not work ;'( ) I have been WAITING to see a streamer do it, looks like you're the first!! I think because Thanos die with Explosive trap and didn't activate the misdirection, the cardtracker considered that the trap was not misdirection

OTK Galakrond Priest. Two discounfs. Velen, grave runes grave runes destroy a minion resommon it minion, smite.
What about Highlander otk pally? Only doubles you need are banker and holy wrath, and maybe 2 shrink Ray/lens/crystology. I feel like having zephyros for easy removal (plus the fact that he can get holy wrath) and also sir Finley to give you a broken hero power that will last you the game. The warlock HP gives you more draw power, priest and warrior help you survive for your otk, mage and rogue help you deal with problem cards, the pally one is just a better version of your normal hero power, and the only one you really don't want is the shaman hero power

MR. J i think its leeroy shadow thatvput 3 shadow in your decks use it 2 times on leeroy and draw a card, its used when they have no cards, at least a rogue made me that play, nezt turn 7 leeroy on board

I think deck tracker fucked up, because he played Explosive trap first. When you sent Thalnos in and it died to explosive trap, the Thalnos died, and since it was dead it can't make the attack with misdirection. Since the misdirection did not go off, yet it could have been triggered that turn with that attack if Thalnos lived, it greyed it out.
Back to the drawing board for deck tracker!

Yeah, Thalnos actually “checked” but died, just making sure I am not the only one to notice XD
Yeah, players still don't know how secrets work. Secrets trigger in order of how they were played. Since Explosive trap was triggered first and killed Thalnos, Missdirection didn't trigger because it needs a target. However, if Missdirection was played first, then both would trigger, because Explosive trap doesn't need a target. It works the same way as Freezing trap.

Difference is, this incarnation of OTK Pally is still one of the weaker OTK decks to have come out, ever, while Deathrattle Rogue is a tier 1 meta deck, so not entirely sure where you're coming from.

It’s really hard to run tech cards in this deck, especially one against control decks when aggro is your biggest enemy.
It wouldn't offer much. Even if you break all armor the likelihood is that opponent still has 30 health. This would still likely require 2 holy wrath

This is not an otk deck if you don’t kill your opponents in one turn 😑
I mean, it can be an OTK deck. Idealy, you play Shirvallah, shuffle 3 of them into your deck for 9 mana, and then double Wrath on the following turn. You just don't always do OTK even when playing OTK because getting greedy for the OTK and not taking good opportunities is what loses you games.
