I'm not a big truck guy, and my wife's Jeep is only slightly lifted, but I think a mild lift and reasonably larger tires makes a stock truck exponentially more capable for camping, hunting and off-road tomfoolery

A couple weeks ago i went to a e30 meet, 53 e30s showed up, yet none were jerks/ bragged about their cars. Overall 3 people did do burnouts, but it was in an old parking lot. We had a barbeque to 2am in the morning, and everyone was really nice. The next day one person did a little bit of speeding, but nothing too seeious. It's almost like you weren't right about ,,most of them brag/ drive irresponsibly" thing.

Lexus may not be the most fun to drive amongst the premium segment, however the Lexus IS250 is still a relatively fun car to drive with a V6 NA engine, rear wheel driven and comes with a whole list of plush equipments that merc c class, bmw 3 series and Audi A4s doesnt have (in the UK market). So essentially you are paying BMW 3 series money, you get to enjoy the agility of a bmw 3 series whilst having bmw 5 series level of luxury! I still miss my IS250 but with the rising petrol prices nowadays I had to let it go.

I own a lifted Ram 3500 with a 6 inch lift on 37s, I daily drive it to work and don't do much with it, I personally love every second of it. Regarding the bmw one, the other day I was in my 98 gmc truck lol, going home from work and an Audi suv was less than a foot and a half from me, looking out my rear window. I get on the gas and haul ass around the vehicle in front of me to gain distance and the Audi driver follows, I let off and they blow past me, then hit the brakes almost me to hit them, needless to say I reported the license plate to the authorities. I know not all drivers of German luxury cars do that but most in this town. It’s saddening

you know the authorities just threw that report in the trash and didnt even write anything down when you called it in right? cops literally have better things to do than deal with your butthurt. Maybe they ripped around you because no one can see around your compensation mobile and want to actually see the road conditions ahead of them without having to drop down to 5 mph to get a wide enough view around your rolling trash dumpster on wheels. .

Many years ago there was a book on this subject called “Is your Volkswagen a sex symbol?” I wonder what an updated version would say now. The drivers that frustrate me the most are those who drive the monster SUVs like a Suburban or Escalade with no additional passengers. The often cut people off or bully other drivers.

I live in a pretty wealth area, and I went down to the gas station near my house. As I parked my car at the gas pump, a black 1960's ferrari 250 gto pulled up in front of me to get gas. Nothing says your rich than pulling up to a gas station with a car worth more than the gas station and all the cars at it lmao.
