DCS: AH-64D Testing out Multi-thread VR RIFT S

Testing out the new update. It feels so much better in VR and looks better to me. I used OBS to capture the screen. There is no sound for some reason. Only comms from the allie flight and beeps. I haven't tried it without VR yet,

Stutter over the terrain.
I notice this in my rift s too.

I'm hoping to upgrade from rift s one day. I find myself doing vr in dcs more often

Thanks for your video! I use OBS as my VR capture but it is dreadful and doesn't really show much. How have you got it to how you have it?

I watched a short tutorial on how to set up just basic settings and haven't messed with it since then. I don't remember who the youtuber was.

@@taidean ahh no worries! I'll have a browse, I find some videos but I didn't get good results from it. Not sure if I'm using the right capture source.
Tried VR with the MT and its horrendously jittery for me again! Back to the drawing board for me 😆

What settings are you running with the Rift S ?

I didn't do much really , I followed a tutorial awhile back how to get the best graphics for dcs. I did turn hmd mask in dcs off with the update and set the headset to quality

@@muzzer3613 The stutters are a known issue with the patch, it says so in the patch notes for multithreading. Don't give yourself a headache trying to tweak things.

@@Sovereign_UK yeah I saw that in the notes, if I use ASW then it's almost stutter free, so will use that for now.
