ethiopian restaurant in Raleigh NC

This is my first time trying Ethiopian food. This Ethiopian Restaurant is located in Raleigh NC. I went for the chicken Doro wat option with cheese and soft sour bread Anjera is a soft sour pancake like flat bread. the combination between the Anjera and Doro was so amazing taste. Doro came with 2 chicken legs and boiled egg. The chicken was tender and tasty as well. Doro's sauce was heavy in onion, I know for fact that Ethiopian cuisine contains heavy onion mix which makes very tasty. The boiled was so tasty and delicious. the doro Wat was so fragrant and spicy and rich of onion.

DORO WET is the best of all the Ethiopian dishes! They gave you very large portion of just doro wet. You should have tried side dishes like lentil, curry vegetables, shiro, and collard green as well to have a complete experience.
