How to make Meatballs with Sweet Vinegar Sauce

- Meatballs -
150g Lean Ground Pork (5.3 oz)
A pinch of Salt
White Pepper
1 tsp Sake
1 tsp Soy Sauce
5g Ginger Root, grated (0.2 oz)
1/2 Egg
70g Atsuage, thick deep-fried tofu (2.5 oz)
20g Long Green Onion, coarsely chopped (0.7 oz)
1/2 tbsp Potato Starch
- Sweet Vinegar Sauce -
60ml Chicken Stock: ¼ tsp Chinese-style chicken stock powder, dissolved (2.0 fl oz)
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Soy Sauce
White Pepper
1 tsp Potato Starch
1 tsp Water
Green Leaf Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes
Vegetable Oil
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml

Thank you for another wonderful, easy recipe!! I just made this today, my husband and son love it a lot. I triple the recipe (so for 6 servings); I use 2 eggs, I also use 1 clove of grated garlic to add more taste. For the sauce, I add 3 Tbs ketchup (so 1 T ketchup if you are following the original recipe). Finally, since I don't have potato starch, I use corn starch, it came out good. I wish I can share the picture, it tastes very good. The only hard part is browning the meatballs in the pan.

This is an excellence recipe. Thanks so much. Tofu chopped up is an excellent idea. Will use garlic instead of ginger cuz not a ginger fan.
