thank u so much and He is very attentive and knowledgeable when making coffee. Come to Tokyo and say hello and drink coffee. then you could see yo-yo 🪀☕🧡❤️ have a good one
When i went to Japan, when i noticed from the cafe and coffee scene was: Cafe: very quiet. very unlike America where its very social. in japan you sit down drink. Coffee, very excellent coffee everywhere. the baristas were majority of the time also the dish washers, the owners, making the coffee etc. so they were very passionate individuals. also the drinks tended to be more simple. either it was a simple latte, and might have a simple syrup but that was it. very different from america or korea where they have all of these fancy seasonal syrups./
On average, Japanese cafes that agree with your words are quieter than other countries. Barista seems to do all the work besides making coffee. For example, washing dishes, guiding customers, paying bills, and so on! Personally, I like the quiet and relaxed atmosphere peculiar to Japan. Thank you for watching the video
