    Thumbs up for using a Sankey diagram at 0:28 ! But looking at it, I'm thinking it could be even more compelling as a single flow from left to right, with Rent flowing to Income, and Income splitting into two branches: #1 for Expense (and then subdividing as now), and #2 is a branch for profit. Or if the expenses exceed income, then a second branch would flow from the left _into_ expense, called "subsidy from owner" or somesuch.
