    Great video, thank you!
    I have a 2017 Tucson 1.7 diesel 2wd with DCT and 160k on the clock. It started making a loud 'bang' sound and hitting into the first gear once a week when moving from a standstill.
    Recently a complete brand new clutch set including a new flywheel was replaced but the random first gear hitting with loud noise still happens and is getting more frequent.
    Perhaps you have an idea, based on your own experience, of what the problem might be and how it might be fixed?

      You need to do the reset with the OEM scan tool. And that may be the shift actuator issue as well. I can't give an answer without seeing it.

    Greetings, are the measurements 72mm and 70mm or 70mm and 68mm? I watched several videos with these measurements, which one is correct?

      For the Tuson like in the video, you may set as 70mm. Everything is right. If you set as 68mm, you may feel the kinda jerking. But, sometime,after a while of clutch pad worn out(seated), it will be better feeling. If you set 70mm, that is I want. If you set 72mm. That is the factory spec. After replacement and adjustment, you need to run the computer for the clutch position relearn.

      @andboni5384 yes. Both.set as 70mm. For Tucson. Different model, different spec.

      I replaced the clutch and adjusted the actuator to 70mm as you recommended, but it still slips, what could it be?

    혹시 듀얼클러치 안에 베어링,그리고 릴리즈포크 같이 교환 해서 69mm 정도로 맞추는 건지 궁금합니다.

      문제 없으면 안바꾸는데요. 시간되서 클러치 바꾸시는분들은 바꾸시는게 좋죠. 배어링은 아무래도 소모품이니까^^

      Minha embreagem está com 68% , sinto que está patinando um pouco, consigo corrigir isso fazendo um ajuste no atuador de embreagem?

      @@전성진-q4r 다 괜찮아? 저는 2021년 투싼을 가지고 있는데 클러치가 68%입니다. 차량에서 내릴 때 클러치가 약간 미끄러지는 느낌이 듭니다. 클러치 액추에이터를 조정하여 이 문제를 해결할 수 있나요?

    선생님 궁굼한게 있습니다. 클러치 플레이트가 마모되서 슬립이 발생할 경우 엑츄에이터의 간극을 조정해서 더 길게 눌러주면 되나요?

    영상 잘봤습니다. 21년형 쏘울부스터 7단 건식 dct인데요 궁금한게 있어서요
    엑츄에이터가 내구수명이 얼마나될까요?
    20만km정도 타고싶은데 보증10만km전에 클러치 바꿀때 같이해주면 좋은게 어떤게 있을까요?

      액추에이터는 문제 없음 안바꾸는게 좋을거 같은데요. 소모품이 아니예요. 창문 열고 닫는 모터가 잘 되는데 바꾸진 않잖아요? 그리고 액츄에이터만 가는거는 쉬워요.

    습식 건식 둘다 같나요? 수명은 얼마나 되나요?

      저는 건식밖에 모르구요. 수명은 운전습관에 따라 다르겠지만,,, 10만에 5년 정도 봅니다.

      해당 부품은 건식 클러치 엑츄에이터입니다. 주로 전륜 7속 차량에 사용 됩니다. 일반적인 환경에서 작동시 무난하게 10만km 이상은 타고 다닐 수 있습니다. 습식에도 클러치 엑츄에이터 기능을 하는 부분이 있습니다만, 건식과는 다른 장치를 사용합니다.

    액츄에이터를 갈아야 한다는 딜러의 말에 한국에서 공수받아 pre adjustment를 했고 클러치를 함께 교체 하였는데. 여전히 후진이 안됩니다. 혹시 adjustment를 다시 해야하거나 프로그래밍을 다시 해야 할까요? 2015 Sonata eco 1.6T 7dct 미션입니다.

    변칙이지만 혹시 툴없이 하는 방법 없을까요???
    영상속 로드를 당겼을때 길이를 줄자로 잰다던지
    클러치팩 탈거하고삽입하는 툴이 따로 공급된던데 만약 자신의 샆에서 당장 보유하고 있지 않다면 야매로 하는 방법을 보여주시면 더욱 대박날것 같습니다...

      아~ 거기까지 생각을 못해봤네요. 좋은 정보입니다. 길이를 재는거는 굉장히 작은 오차를 다루는 일이라 쉽진 않아보여요. 클러치 빼는 툴은...기존 방식은 같지만, 저게 사이즈가 워낙 커서리 생각을 좀 해봐야겠네요

    dct is the worst transmesstion ever made. avoid it by all cost unless it have torque converter
