dude i havent brewed in like 6yrs but gave it a go once again a few weeks back just had my 1st brewback cream ale and oh man i still got it ,it was a cream alet hrough and though mostly grain BUT.... but it had a funk from the dme not fermenting out fully.i cheated im sorry,lol.....ill do better tho.....looking forward to my coffee in the am and your vids .....again
