It happened to us too in El salvador, la libertad, due to paralytic shellfish poisoning, curiles and it happened so fast after comsuption like 1 hour after went to er, intubated but did not survive. Not even the doctor knew about it. Its a real instant death. But nobody knows about it, until it happens to someone close to you
