Man, it breaks my heart that they mention having a "real wedding" on their 25th anniversary. John didn't even live to see the 15th anniversary :(

What a legend and apparently a great man too, and one of the nicest actors. Everyone who came into contact with John seems to have had only wonderful things to say about him. His family were so lucky and blessed to have had him in their lives. My dad died when I was only 13 so I know what it's like to lose a very loved parent at a young age, and I appreciate those years I, and my sister, had our dad, and mum had her husband. I'm sure John's family cherish all the wonderful memories they have of him, and the large archive of wonderful movies that he made that live on forever, never losing their huge appeal thanks mainly due to John's funny and touching performances in them. I was so sad when he died and still, it's hard to believe he's gone.

I think Chris favors his dad both visually and spiritually. What a good person. Wish I could have met him!

I related so much to Danny’s character, the feeling that you always looked after your mom and sibling(s). My mom isn’t anything like Rose.

I'm so glad he mentioned JFK considering in that movie he plays a particularly horrible person and he rarely ever got to play an unlikable person or villain.

If John were alive today, he wouldn't have to worry about a bad agent. That's probably the ONLY good thing I can say about woke culture right now. They wouldn't shun John Candy to silly roles, and not everyone would have to be Oliver Stone or John Hughes, Deutsch, or Columbus. R.I.P, JC.
