Billy will be hard to replace. I think we will find he is a glue guy. Keeps everyone together and lightens the mood. Hopefully footy doesn’t become too serious without him.

He is the fabric and glue of this show. Not many left in world who can take a joke as well as Billy can. He puts aside his ego for the sake of the shows success. Rare human.

Front bar and this on a Sunday morning are a treat. Feel like nothing can replace the Brayshaw, Lyons and Newman footy show days though, was a golden time
@@zbazza6978z yeah but i feel the lyon, newman and brayshaw shows got bit toxic towards the end, where as the sunday guys more relaxed and made fun of each other rather than having a go at everyone that deosnt agree with them like the thursday nithgt crew
Awesome bloke, one of those people that brings joy to everyone. Will be missed lots. Hopefully he’ll still be around in something and also come in as a guest at some point next year and beyond.

I remember the mid 2000s when it was Bill, BT, Spud, Mark Bickley and TJ. That was when you were allowed to joke about it anything and they weren't limited to talking about Tony's teeth.

All I care is that Ben Cousins was at The Brownlows.....That guy fights his demons everyday and we R behind him 100%. .......Sometimes people don't admire the best sportsmen but instead the players in later life who get knocked down and continually get back up again. James Hird and Majack Daw get knocked down for other reasons but they also get up again.......We couldn't be more prouder of all 3 of U if we tried.

It is sad but I’m sure channel 9 will find another personality give the show some more entertainment. Who knows who that can be. A lot of good candidates out there. Will it be Shane Crawford or a rejuvenated Sam Newman etc etc.
Doubt 9 would have Sam back, and with his recent tragedy he probably wouldn't be up to it anyway.
I wouldn't mind seeing someone like Scott Cummings or Jono Brown as Billy's replacement.
