      hehehe yeah, sadly that's true. They should have packed some of the most popular mods and fixes (that at least do not get updated often) into SE and make it a bit easier.

    Dayum! Beth.ini really improved my Skyrim SE performance - after doing some modding for texture along with some weather and an enb frames were HELL! Beth.ini saved the day! Thanks for sharing!

      No probs, glad I could help! You can also search for ENB tweaks to further optimize ENB performance, I seem to remember there were some reddit posts, might be worth checking out, some ppl reported huge FPS increases with almost no visual degradation.

    My Ryzen 4700u HP Envy x360 can surprisingly play Skyrim.

    Question, will the amount of mods I have effect my performance? Ik it depends on the mods I have but the ones I could only see that would effect them are like my landscaping ones and stuff. How do these mods blend with landscaping ones and spell enhancement mods.

    • @touhouplay3293
      @touhouplay3293 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      - Textures, depending on your GPU arent really a problem, of course, dont use 4K texture unless you play on a 4K Monitor with a 4K resolution and no need to us 2K texture if you play in 1080p, you wont see much difference so optimise your textures once you finished modding your skyrim.
      - Visuals mods ARENT the only performance hungry stuff, if you have lots of heavy script mods (like frostfall, hunterborn, iNeed) etc... well... running script on the back WILL impact your performance, again... Skyrim wasnt made to support all this, even if your Skyrim can look like it was made on Unreal Engine 5... it ISNT Unreal Engine 5, so dont stress your Skyrim too much.

    I've been using your video as a guide and have been installing all of the mods so far, I can tell BethINI improved it slightly. Right now I'm trying to install the FPS Galore for Newrim mod and it doesn't specify WHERE it should be installed, should I simply place it in my Skyrim SE directory or should I put it in the Data folder, or somewhere else? I appreciate the help, usually there's a readme file that says where to install but it doesn't come with one.

    I'm using Vortex as my mod manager and I can't seem to find the path for it in the setup. Any clues?

    So much misinformation here, where to start. First of all you tell people to stay away from enbs. For the most part thats somewhat true, however you dont need to use crazy enb's like snapdragon or enbs that use every option. Those are the ones that become fps drags. If you use the base enb from boris you can still have good quality with a minimal fps hit. The problem is you say dont use enbs but you provide no alternative when there is one, its called RESHADE. You can get enb quality if you use RESHADE which has zero performance hit on your system. If you're not using and enb or reshade then why bother playing the game? You might as well play vanilla trash with nothing installed. My point is that you can have good graphics and performance at the same time if you set up your system right.
