The small detail of the player's weapon shaking ever-so-slightly is just plain brilliant.
BJ got delusional and killed everyone in the hospital thinking he is back to the castle.
That would be quite a good concept, and I wish developers of this mod add some subtle detail to support it, but might be a bit too dark.
