That one didn't change the base colors much more than making them metallic. Both look pretty good. Give them a 5.

I want to do an all over paint job with pearl. Could I used the speedokote binder SMR-0001 to mix the pearl and then spray a few layers of clear over that?

Yes sir you can do it that way as well use the binder as a midcoat
